I lol'd at your #2. Obviously new spawn isnt running to his/her camp along the coast line.. If that were the case then said camp would have been emptied out way before said player died and had to run to his/her camp... Anyone with a brain puts there camp north of zelengorsk but away from the main cities. QQ about people storing stuff in tents and continue doing it yourself (assuming the tents/vehicle storage is fixed soon) Obviosuly what he meant is that he can easily run into one of the three main cities and gear up in a matter of 10 minutes... Do what i do!! go to the barracks and pick everything up. Then go outside and throw it all into a pile. waiting a few minutes. go back inside and do it all over again until you find the desired loot. For best results join a server with very few peolpe.. Be very cautious as people are expecting players to be doing this and will camp it out and POP you in the face when you least expect it.. so dont get to comfortable.

If you got shot by a sniper you should hear a SNAP sound assuming you hits or misses you.

Ever tried taking someone hostage at gun point in this game? unlike real life I can alt f4 before he says give me your stu.... Shit he left. Went into a high value barn around the time I had started. Go to walk down the steps and two guys come walking in. Thankfully I got lucky and found a barn full of axes. They demanded that I give them my gear at gun point.. I responded sure one sec. and manually left the game. No one cares that you are leaving over how you feel other players should enjoy the mod they downloaded for a $23 game.
