Awful I know, but let's be frank, there are folks out there, maybe you if you were hungry enough that would butcher, cook and eat other survivors. It would of course send your humanity plummeting to new depths maybe irretrievably but wouldn't it add some extra horror? Perhaps adding a freshness factor could spice things up a bit, new kill no problem, if the corpse has been lying around in the sun for a few hours food poisoning, and if the corpse was killed by zombies you get the infection and you die, might make even the sickest members of our community think twice before roasting up a bit of human. dear moderator - sry for double post. not sure what happened. can you delete one or merge them please? Usually one finds the more effort you invest in something the greater the rewards, Armas slightly troublesome accessibility issues act as a filter, they discourage those not blessed with patience and the ability to solve simple problems, maintaining what is generally considered to be a high quality player base, If you find that for you the rewards of playing Dayz do not seem to repay the effort spent then you can do no better than to get yourself a Nintendo Wii and forget about it.

for me the military shotgun, my favourite kills are those where the enemy presents me with a rare opportunity to jump out in front of him while his attention is elsewhere, that ear shattering dirty loud bang only serves to emphasise my dominance over the vanquished in this particular encounter.

decent head gear can only help and never hinder, as OP says good directional detection and bass will only improve your play.

RRF medic requires blood and morphine following failed suicide bombing, unfortunately due to the current crisis none of our medics is willing to risk the job, perhaps another well known medic based organisation would care to step in? tried over 20 public servers before i managed to join one, what is script restriction 44? and why do 90% of servers kick me and others for this?

I always change my in-game name when my character dies, i create a new name, start a new game and begin a new adventure. Having said that i rarely KoS and never shoot unarmed players so i have little need to avoid any upset folks seeking vengeance. I think a lot of players change their names for various reasons, mainly so they can avoid detection by enemies.
