I don't believe I have ever heard of a hospital with a panic room.

Yeah the whole gallons of blood squirting out of a gunshot wound is entirely fictional. For one it all depends on what caliber you are shot with. If the bullet doesn't go out the other side of your body then blood will only come out the entry wound, but it won't be squirting. Yes, you get the initial blood splatter from the bullet exiting the body, but after that point it still doesn't squirt out. More like pours out.

Weapons like the M16 and M4 (not sure about the AK's but I think so) are select fire. Meaning you can change them from fully auto to either single shot or three round burst or both.

I'm guess a G25 is a gaming racing wheel? Probably with a.clutch peddle and everything?

If they were to put in some type of manual transmission it would probably have to be either really simple or really complex. A keyboard isn't exactly the best method for a driving game in stick shift haha! Probably just a button you press for the clutch and then a up and down shift button (each have their own). But if you shift without using the clutch you can grind gears and ruin your tranny! Of course that doesn't happen in one missed shift, but if you were going at a high RPM/speed and downshifted by mistake could blow your engine up. Then you have to find a new one!

Actually I'm way more aware of things like that than most people. However there are always the rich people. Everywhere. No matter where you go. Africa, China, N. Korea, Russia. Doesn't matter. Someone will always have enough money for something like that. Usually it's the dictators/people in power.

Is everyone outside of the U.S. and a few European countries poor? Maybe the Special Operations Forces brought them in when they came to contain the situation.

I'm not really familiar with LMG's (like most civies haha!), but I guess that's theoretically possible. I would imagine there would be a lot of missfeeds though.

The slide can be racked on every handgun (with the with the mag dropped) as far as I know. I'm not saying I couldn't fire the P250 with the mag dropped. I'm saying I couldn't breach load it.

Not necessarily. Unless I was doing something wrong you cannot breach load a Sig P250. But you can shoot it with the magazine not being in it. I don't know with Glocks. I have more experience on the P250.
