Running on Default with Default Memory-Usage does fix the problem, V-Sync does not.

Because I play the game the way its meant to be played, which means I don't loot duplicated and hacked tents (which most clan tents unfortunately are). Taking stuff from a cheater is the same as cheating.

Dude... I broke my legs while I was jumping from a building in the wilderness. I did put my stuff together and crawled like 5000km (auto walk toggled on, yeah). That's what a real man would do, if the hospital is closed, than throw the head of a zombie at the glass, should work.

Well I need two Gillie Suits and I would basically give you 2x M4A3 CCO (+Ammo), FN FAL(+Ammo), M9 SD and 10x SVD Ammo for it (all that stuff together).
