Details details, I said it was a long time ago. I got standalone as soon as it came up on steam, played for a bit and left it since there was absolutely nothing to do and tons of glitches. So five month is nearly half a year, the rest are in the details Mr.Forum Troll.

Did not work. Thanks for a whole lot of nothing. I stopped playing this game a long while ago, maybe like half a year ago. At that time when I killed a zombie, its dead body glitched me into a house. I was able to get out by using eat animation but this time around I got no fucking food and everything I tried did not help me. Fuck this shit, I want my money back -.-

What do you currently value the most in DayZ? Your food? Your clothing? Your gun? Your ammo? Your life? Trust? In Epoch you can use gold to buy and sell items between NPC's, I had little to no success in having trade between players. Usually when I am in position to provide an item to another player I do so without asking anything in return but his trust. Because knowing there is another guy watching my back is more valuable to me than my items. So what can we use money for? The only thing I can think of is an ingame store where you can purchase items with money you find while scavagin, this will also invite microtransaction which will prolong DayZ lifespan by multiple years.

It kills me that we only have chest holster, I wish there was different types of holsters, hip, waist, leg. Toolbelt is something I miss too, like police tool belt where you can fit a gun, two mags and handcuffs would be awesome.

Servers are already overloaded, adding some more computation at this point is impossible. I believe at the current they have 4000 zombies spawn into the Chernarus at server restart and because respawn script is too heavy for the servers to handle at the moment, they dont respawn. Hopefully when respawn is fixed the game will become more challenging.

This is why I play on private hives only in the mod, no combat logging and no ghosting. The problem is, as long as Rocket keep to his idea of being able to take your character to any server and continue playing on there, this ghosting will continue to occur. Combat logging is easy to fix, just implement the same logout system MMO has been using for ages or Epoch have implemented, a 10 to 30 seconds timer. Your character have to be out of combat and wait 10 to 30 seconds before logging out. If you ALT+F4 then your character will remain in the game for the next 30 seconds and can be killed. Possible solution for ghosting can be to restrict your in game position to servers, so if you go to a new server your character will spawn on the coast or the last position you were at before logging out on that server. But this will force game servers to have an additional database for all the players position, even if players are no longer active. But solving combat logging will at least solve half the ghosting problem, it will still be possible but much much harder to pull off, at least in my opinion.

Came back to dayz from a long break, debug monitor is missing. Tried searching google, found a way to turn it on in Game Options, but the problem is there is no options to choose from. Did they permanently remove debug window or did something break in my game?

This is the first time a game actually takes it in account, imagine how heart broken I was when I found my first SD weapon and realized it can only use SD ammunition.

Being a lone wolf that I am, I was doing the North-West air strip run on a mildly populated server, cleared out northern barrack and loaded everything in the back of my truck. When I went back for more, I noticed the unusually high amount of patrolling zombies in the area and sure enough, I glanced a figure of another player entering the building I just looted. I hesitated for a second (I never murdered anyone before) and then lay an ambush at the entrance by a pine tree (I still don't think that a pine tree texture matches the ghillie suite that well) When he was done looting he waited carefully for some zombies to pass by (at this point my heart was beating a rumba beat) and then took a step out and looked around. Was looting the military tents at STARY SABOR when zombie took a liking to a soldiers corpse in one of the tents, I wiped out G17 and put him out of his misery. But apparently he was most popular zombie in town, because all his buddies came running. I had to stay at that bloody camp and dig graves for two whole days

I joined a UK201 server and thanks to a bug or something, got plenty of map markers. One of them was called "cars". To my surprise said cars was parked far in the "no mans land" in Chernorus... This whole charade stinks and feels really unfair when people hog all the vehicles and hide them off map for eternity, without ever using them.

You two are so smart! Go and scan for vehicles you say, it isn't hard to find you say! I dont have a problem spending a whole day running in cherno looking for a car, what I have a problem is the obscure location people park them at

Fresh spawn on an empty server, got hit by a zombie started bleeding, bandaged the wound. Got hit by a zombie started bleeding again, by the time I found another bandage I had 3000 blood left, so I decided to respawn and try again. Found some zombies and let them have me, minimized to skype for a minute. When I came back, I respawned with 1500 blood and my character fell unconscious right away, the cool down isnt moving. I tried leaving and rejoining, joining a different server, but the same thing keep on happening or I get stuck on "Loading" screen. What can I do?

Hmm, thanks for the try. A friend tried to give me an epi pen, but it didnt work, he said my status was "Man". Then he gave me a bullet and it did the trick, when he checked my body I had nothing on me, no back pack, no equipment. Also my character was not getting hungry, just cold and unconsciousness was not permanent, rather EXCEPTIONALLY long. Like 8 hours long judging by how slowly it went down.
