He uses the original zoom in game but when he is editing he makes it easier for the viewer to see what is happenening. What I'm thinking is the actual part of the tank doesn't have an item assigned to actually fix it, like a wheel well repairs a wheel on a vehicle, or scrap metal for the hull of a vehicle and so on. So I'd assume you would need an admin to either fix it for you or you sell it and buy a new one ( I'm assuming this is dayz epoch) Anyways I might be talking shit because I have no idea what the hell I'm talking about, I'm just taking a shot in the dark.

As fluxley stated above, chance are the server you are playing on had waypoints disabled. Also I remember reading somewhere there was a script that added the feature you needed a GPS to have waypoints work. So it might be worth contacting an admin about it and asking them.

To easy to get around man I could just run TS/Skype/Vent off my laptop/phone/tablet/other electronic device that supports it, kind of a cheap way to get around it but still, I'm just stating the obvious.

Have you checked out the open dayz subsection for the BR mod? The developer might be more active over there than on these forums.

That is a survivor camp if I remember correctly, they spawn randomly after a reset. They disappear after a reset.
