M4A1, M4A1 CCO and M4A1 HOLO with under slung grenade launcher are kosher. Any other variant would not be.

I don't know what's going on. This does only seem to be a recent occurrence. I don't remember seeing any animals despawn on me before this last update. It's bad enough when you get constantly respawned on the coast every time you hit an infinite loading screen on a server. And, of course, Sod's Law decree's this only happens when you need food desperately. EDIT: I just found a sheep and I managed to kill it and gut it without incident. Saved my bacon...errr...mutton that did!

Yes it's happens to me 4 times now. Near hunger find a cow, it despawns on approach. Find another cow, shoot it and kill it. Falls over, then despawns on approach. Find a sheep, shoot it, kill it, gut it, go in gear to sort some room, return to game to retrieve raw meat, gutted sheep has vanished at my feet! Last one was another cow. Again, despawned just as I was about to send it to moo-moo heaven. This has occured over the last 4 days. Come to think of it there could have been a boar in there somewhere too... Sneaky bastards!

That kind of error message usually indicates you do not have admin privileges. try right clicking the msi install file itself and running that as admin.

I take you can also simply update your DayZ commander on it's own update page. My version currently says it is 0.9.0.71.

A lot of servers tell porkies about their time. Or admins change time's around but don't update their server headings. Just keep trying. EDIT: Missed the bit where you said you used DayZ Commander. Soz.

I've waited up to 20 minutes before giving up. Longest I actually had to wait before I got my 'Set Up Complete...' was 5-6 minutes.

Did you try and spawn into another server before this one and got an infinite loading screen? Whenever that happen's to me it's guaranteed to spawn me at the coast the next time I do actually get to log in on a game.

I vote a huge, big fat YES! Simply put DayZ Commander is simple to set up and use. It's clean and uncluttered to look at. It's updates itself, the Beta patch and the DayZ patch as fast as possible. You can down patch too, if you're not happy with later patches. It has so many functions to help you find a server of your choice and settings. You can find your friends so easily. You can find recent servers that you have played on. Etc, etc, etc., IT'S THE BEST :thumbsup:

I would most certainly vote a big yes. But, and please correct me if I'm wrong, doesn't BIS/Arma2/DayZ kinda support SIxLauncher/PLaywithsix as their launcher of choice? Maybe that;s why Dayz Commander doesn't get pushed as much as it should be? It's certainly the best DayZ launcher in my books. As I said the only reason why I even keep Playwithsix on my system is so I can Arma2 and it's mods.

I tried the Playwithsix launcher and it's better than the old sixlauncher. Use it for my Unsung Vietnam mod. I use Dayz Commander just for Dayz.

M9SD, when I can find one. Purely just for zombie extermination and clearing out. Let's you keep your primary slot for the nasty, loud PvP encounter stuff.

Try to be a bit more tactically aware of your surroundings. Don't run around like a headless chicken. Use as much cover as possible (walls, trees, houses, wrecked cars). Stay low. If you have to travel over open ground never run in a straight line. Bob, weave, zig-zag do whatever is necessary to make any potential sniper, who may have eyes on you, have a hard time getting a clean shot on you. Try not to aggro zombies as this will alert others players in the area. If there's a building or somewhere specific you want to go to do not be hasty. Scan the area. Look at what cover there is. Make a plan in your head. Be as sneaky as possible. Keep you ears and ears open at all times. If is it's really getting you down go into low pop servers where's there's less of chance of snipers camping the hills and surrounding spawn area's.

How is that admin abuse? sounds like you were unlucky and were abused by a hacker. You should contact the admins of that server and let them know.
