i guess you are just unlucky. but chose servers wisely. i only play on low-pop servers. with guys that are fun to chat with and not that many hackers/exploiters -
and where the hell can you find that. mars servers maybe?

but most of armas money comes from dayz. thats why i think rocket should get permission to make Dayz a expansion from arma 3

well. it is to risky to make a "home" in an urban area. my base is up far north. far west. in the middle of nowhere. on a low pop server. THATs the safest base -
remmember that most of the "rare" weapons are duped. thats why they are so common these dayz. for example the AS50 has a 0,89% of spawning at a chrashed helicopter site that means you need 11 chrashsites to find a AS50. there are 12 crashsites on each map that means that there are going to be 1-2 AS50 per server each day. but because of server-hoppers and dupers there are lots of them

thermal cant see through stone or walls. just hide. if you then say "how should i know he is looking at me?" well if he is hiding he has an advantage anyway as he would find you as soon as you move even without thermal. the human eye is made to spot things that move faster/slower than the speed of the enviroment. BTW this is a military simulator. when making a weapon for war do you think the designers stop op and says "well this sniper is to strong. it would be unfair to use this 50.cal against the terrorist. I GOT IT. we resize it to the same bullets from the m-16"

Ghost: hide in a bush near balota or THE MOUNTAIN (use ghillie if you have one) play scary sounds and gunshots in direct chat everytime a player comes near' bonus points if you make the player disconect triple points if you use this on your friend without him knowing you are here even more points if the next day you meet with him he is like "OMG the mountain is haunted as hell."

search "scaring people Dayz" on youtube (it is a vid where a guy makes scary sounds like ghost sounds and helicopter rotors on direct chat) Do that it is AWESOME

if there is a hacker on the server anyway. i would still quit. (i consider Alt-F4 as the most nooby stuff someone can do. EXCEPT when the server has a hacker) -
