i found 2 balaclavas in one of the bunker towers ant NWAF yesterday, one was with a skull the other one just black about the hypothermia/overheating: i wear it, and it didn't change much/anything for me: if i sprint the whole time without beeing drenched i will overheat, if i just run and be at least wet it will be okay. otherwise walking is okay. (so don't be afraid to wet yourself^^) (clothing: M65, gorka pants, jungle boots, high cap vest, bandana, black skull balaclava)

So halfway through the game you just up the system requirements?
HaseDesTodes replied to DukeHenry's topic in General Discussion
do you know that mid range systems don't stay mid-range forever? even my old HD5000 series GPU (which i dont use anymore) would be able to run it (more or less). and i think i bought it about 5-6 years ago. i still find it a bit *insert unflattering adverb* that they actually changed the minumum requirements. if i was you i would contact the steam support and ask for a refund (if you bought it before they changed the requirements, which was a while ago already) but to be honest, i think they should change the requrements once again and go for 64bit only. that should be standard by now, and would allow to use much more memory (and hopefully decrease micro laggs) -
they are as persistent as tents and barrles.

maybe you hadn't been logged in at the time you were looking. i just was searching for it as well, when i noticed i had been logged out automatically again.

i wouldn't say drivers are CPU demanding, Nvidia technology (game works) is used in many games nowerdays. and Nvidia drivers are usually better optimised for that reason. on topic: wait until both AMD and Nvidia have released their new models, and then get whats suits your needs the best. maybe even older models (980, 980Ti or R9 Nano). they should go down in price soon.

i'm gonna go for the obvious one: whats you favorite sandwich peter? on a sidenote: how is the team organized/structured? i mean, are there seperate sub-teams for specific tasks, like modeling? how is the average process for creating content? do you start with a sketch on a piece of paper? what are your tasks as a game designer for DayZ? (like thinking off mechanics or creating items/buildings?)

smaller updates can also be battleye updates, they are usually a few MB

i realy hope the new feedback tracker will allow normal users to see uploaded media (screenshots/videos). people referred to their screenshots so often in their reports, and you never reaqly knew if you experienced the same problem or not, just because you couldn't see it. and from my point of view the average report on the feedbacktracker wasn't helpful. 40% or more duplicates, 20% decent and 20% good reports (rest was complaints about beeing banned, complaints about hackers and player stuck), that's how it has been, as far as i remember that time loooong ago :)

try startup parameter for one of you both "-port=2305"

i'm afraid this won't come, because this would require the bloodbag to have movable parts, and afaik, no normal item has real movable parts (although i don't exactly know how it realized for barrels), propably for performance reasons or engine limitations

it's arma3 ace mod, so no cool grenades in vanilla arma3 soon. but who knows if devs implement stuff like this in the future.

I receive error when CD is put in computer:
HaseDesTodes replied to CedroNeri0101's topic in DayZ Mod Troubleshooting
what do you even need a cd for? use steam to download, and you shouldn't need any cd. and arma2 works only with steam anyways, since gamespy networks got shut down a while ago, serverbrowing was migrated to steam -
i don'T know if thats up to date, but i often met a bunch of cows at the "river" north of grishino. i think like to go east from there, sometimes into the forrest south of devils castle. maybe check it some time and, if true ad it to the map.

you might not give any confirmations ,but is it there? -
if the hood is non-optional, they can simply add restrictions for cloting/headgear it doesn't work with. like you couldn't use any vest with a down jacket because of clipping issues. now for the jacket, i think it's not only problematic for the clipping issues, but also that you would need different models or movable parts for the jacket to make it work

180° is a bit low for the view angle... that would mean you can only look straigt up and down (and everything in between). i just tried it and i can cover around 240° degrees: when 0° is looking at the horizon +is upwards -is downwards i can go from +120 to -120° using only body and head movement (not eyes). even in terms of aiming you should be able to cover a range from -90° to +100°, as you can move your arms better than the rest of your body... only if you keep your arms always perpendicular to your torso you can't cover more than how it currently is...

Blood type compatibility on a back of a First aid kit
HaseDesTodes replied to r4nger's topic in Suggestions
confirmed as in "it will come" or as in "its already in"? i have to admit, that i didn't try to do it in 0.59 but either way, you should't need that once you understand how this works: your blood type is determined genetically. on each of your blood cells are certain protein structures of differnt types A,B and Rh (all the same on every bloodcell from a person) you can only receive blood that does not contain any types you dont have yourself (if you only have A you must not recieve blood with B or Rh) if you receive blood that you shouldn't have received, your body will produce antibodys that attack that blood cells and your blood will agglutinate and your blood circulation can stop. the letters in the blood say which types of structures you got. A and B are self-explanatory, 0 means neither A or B,+ means you got Rh and - means you don't have Rh. AB+ got all 3 (can receive all 3, but can only donate to AB+) 0- got none (can donate to everyone, but can only receive 0-) simple as that, no chart on medkit needed edid fiexed typos and added some more examples -
Blood type compatibility on a back of a First aid kit

i don't think adding this will greatly improve how oteen blod bags are used imho the greater problem is that you can't write on bloodbags what type of blood they contain, so you can't realy store multiple types in one container for later use and that you have to take blood from someone before is a small nuissance as well, because you will have to capture someone first or take it from a friend, that will need to regain that blood first on the other hand understanding how blood types work should take average intelligent people max 15min
