I like this, more signs of a struggle around Chernarus. More junk loot aswell. More situations like at the airfields, lots of dead military soldiers strewn about, and in the cities more dead civies, cars piled up as a makeshift barricade.

Press Q to start the engines and get lift, then press and hold Z to lower. I reccomend playing some normal ArmA II before playing DayZ to get used to the weapons, vehicles and overview of the game.

I hate people who make a whole thread becuase they lose their gear. Whats the problem? Once you have a AS50 and a ghillie suit with NVG's you have nothing left to do, so I would welcome losing it all. I lost my M1014 last night from bandits, but I'm not going to cry and make a whole thread about it.

Basically he thinks that if you play CoD you automatically suck and find the game 'too hard' and have to use third person to play. Wrong. The reason I don't like first person is because it just looks and feels really sloppy and unpolished. I always use third person when travelling, but switch to first person in firefights.

Hello, I'm in the process of fixing up my computer. I have just got a new graphics card from eBay and wanted to know if (1)- A Radeon HD 7750 will run ArmA / DayZ on at least normal. (2)- If I install the new graphics card into my old computer, will it break anything? ie: Will the new hardware interfere with the older stuff (CPU, Motherboard etc) My (current) specs: OS: Windows Vista Processor: Intel ® Core 2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93 GHz RAM: 3 GB Graphics Card: Radeon HD 4350 (512mb) Motherboard model: 0M017G (3)- What are some good parts (Processors, MOBO) for a decent gaming computer? Preferably between $100-$250. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I killed a guy just before with a Makarov. I fired about 5 shots at him, 1 missed and the rest hit his torso. I was shaking and crouching, so is this incredible luck or am I a good shot. I doubt it.

Harrooo.. My computer has shat its self not long ago, and won't play any of my games, except strangely, for ArmA III. (And yes I have reinstalled them) The games always have colour glitches and hideous texture deformites, (scopes are impossible to look through, houses look caved in etc) so after a relatively unhelpful trip to the doctors, my computer was diagnose with fucked graphics card. So onto eBay I went looking for a replacment, but I want to know how to tell if a graphics card will be compatible with my computer? Is there some kind of website, or can I check on the computer? ...I have a vague idea of what to do...what is this PCI stuff I keep getting told about? The back of my computer where the card is has a white plug slot, a HDMI cable slot and a serial cable slot, in that order- I'm assuming it needs to be the same as that? Does it still have to be in that order?

I was looking at a couple of graphics cards on eBay, but I dont want to spend money on useless equipment, you know what I'm sayin' G? @Charb Yes, ArmA II, OA, S.TA.L.K.E.R SoC, basically all of my 3D games don't work apart from ArmA III, which is really lucky. But I have to play it on the lowest quality possible, and at around 20fps all the time, but its 500000 times more playable than the others.
