Impossibru. Builds OC'd to 4.9GHz and dual 7970s can't get 60FPS in cities. That build is fine, and will get 30 - 50 on high.

Second build, GPU on first is bottlenecking. 40+ on high.

Well, my dads old laptop broke and I got the opportunity to rip it to shreds. I found the CPU rather odd, instead of it sitting on top of the pins, the pins go into little holes. And the RAM made me laugh, so tiny!

No discrete GPU in there :(

Or you could play the music via an iPod or something, so you don't have to play it through the computer.

If however you want to stick to a budget and go for AMD hardware, you might want a little more power. A 3.0GHz Intel CPU might only equal 2.8 - 2.9GHz for an AMD CPU. So you would want to get something 3.2 - 3.4GHz. As for the GPU a 7750 is relatively cheap, and will get you decent frames on normal.

I usually play on the NZ-20s servers, they are all vanilla but if my Internet is being a douche, I just play on server with the lowest ping. And that usually ends up being vanilla too.
