Use the latest filters here in the release thread and just add exceptions for whats kicking you.

I have been thinking about adding a option to my software CC where users can choose to use a shared "global" database. Not sure yet but, yeah.

Every update has to be reviewed by BI before release not much to do about that, but the review part is already done from what I know. Correct me if I'm wrong R4Z0R but it's the pushing of the update to steam thats not functioning and it's someone over at BI that takes care of that.

Why? BIS is not holding up the patch they have already given a green light on release, R4Z0R49 and team need to find time to release it and they will as soon as the Gamespy and beta mess settles down a bit.

They passed the first release date because BIS taking to long to get back to them.They just got a green light for release so now they need to find time to push the update. Since they also have real lifes. Sometime within the next two weeks was posted.

Right-click arma2oa in steam and go to the beta tab. Select beta from the dropdownlist.

However Steam is still the only way to update to latest beta patch. DayZCommander doesn't seem to have a update option it just check your patch version.

I will be pushing out a update of Controlcenter soon that runs the latest beta patch, this will force some hosters to update too. :)

For the moment yeah, but the reason for the public hive being down is unknown.

I belive this is fixed in 1.8.2 (part with the zeds hitting you from way behind.)

Your startup string must be set to the arma2oaserver.exe in the root folder and the modlist should just be: -mod:@DayZ;@Hive However depending on what beta patch you are running you may not be able to get in to the server. There seems to be problems with the latest beta patches released through steam and we currently have no way of downgrading.. -

So what versions are you running? The newest beta gives a error that makes players unable to join, I'm not the only one getting this.

I know this thread is a few months old but thought I'd answer the last post. I have taken over the entire project and am now the developer of CC. CC is still being updated and the website is still going strong. You can find us over at www.dayzcc.org now though. Cheers
