After stealing someone's ATV from the NWAF I drove off and found a crash site with: M14 AIM and 3 mags. FN FAL and 2 mags. FN FAL w/ NV scope and 1 mag. DMR w/ 3 mags. All that plus my M4A1 CCO SD (3 mags) and my new ATV makes for a good day :D

A/some hacker/s attacked my server with a kill everyone script. I managed to alt+f4 in time but my character is stuck in the death pose. I can look around, open my pack, use items. But I can't shoot, reload or move. And there's no respawn button. Can anyone suggest a fix? EDIT: THREAD CLOSED. I relogged about 4 times and it fixed itself.

So I was playing on SG #500 and I had just come out of a town near Stary, forgot the name. I was wondering through the forest when some subtitles appeared on the screen. It went something like, "If we met in heaven would you recognise me?" After the subtitles faded I started floating up into the air, I saw a couple of other people died as well. I panicked and Ctrl+Alt+Deleted in an attempt to same my Coyote backpack and L85. I logged into another server and bam, "You are dead." Not quite sure whether this was a hack or bug but it is still annoying. Has anyone else experienced this? Edit: I re-spawned on the coast with all my items. 0.o

The abort button was in the "You're not allowed to press me" mode.

I'm 17 and mature IMO. I play on Aus or NZ servers. I have relative experience in DayZ, though I'm not "ultraprosniperXxX". I was trolling around Elektro or Cherno (I can't tell the difference) after a fresh spawn. I hadn't looted anything yet and I went into the school building. I met another survivor, I was surprised that he didn't shoot me on sight. I couldn't understand most of what he was saying due to a quiet mic but I could catch a little of it. After not much of anything we walked out onto the roof where he started saying something about weapons. I replied that I just spawned and only had a flashlight. Out of nowhere he starts yelling profanities and shooting at me with his makarov. I was on about 7000 blood and had given up on life. He pulls out his axe and starts screaming, "I'm sorry my friend" over and over. But before he could kill me, BAM, 2 well placed sniper shots picked us both off. I spent 5 minutes in hysterics after the incident.

I have been playing Day Z since about 2 weeks before you didn't spawn with a Makarov anymore. I have always played as a lone wolf, I only ever kill if they shoot first. I never kill unarmed survivors, I mostly keep to myself. I was looting the NWAF not 5 minutes ago when I was teleported to an unknown location. A Ghillie-suited bandit staring right at me. Dead. It was obvious they were hacking because practically the whole server died at the same time. There are probably a lot of rants like this but I just wanted to say that whoever these people are, they have probably put me off DayZ for a good long while.
