All you're trying to do with this thread is get another thing added but try to stop humans from using it the way humans would use it, hording. Have you ever played an RPG or MMO? Ever had the primal urge to just... keep everything? That's what people want to do, let them do it, its like how we let people KOS, it's their nature. Can't stop human nature.

It is a choice, there has been countless reports of fat people becoming normal in about a year. Its all about calorie intake, obviously different people have different metabolisms so diets vary slightly, but being fat is a choice. If it was genetic we would see the same amount fat people in the past but we don't because they lack food, the only fat person i can recall is Henry VIII who was a king.

Hubble Telescope been in space over 20 years, i imagine it could last hundreds of years, if not thousands due to their being extremely low chance of being destroyed

I'd love it if you could make bombs that release gas over a huge area, like mustard gas and it lingers around for hours and you require a gas mask to stay alive. Would be good for capturing cities and killing any survivors/zombies by releasing mustard gas throughout the whole area. Edit: Something a little less damaging since I just read up on it and a gas mask against mustard gas = death.

Does the fact that KoS means when you shoot someone the gear gets damaged just go right over most peoples heads? IF YOU WANT THE GEAR THAT SOMEONE HAS DON'T KOS.

I think i may of been sniped, i was in a town looting some buildings when all of a sudden the "You are dead" screen pops up. No noise or anything. Any idea's how this happened? I had max blood and such but just randomly died.

Funny that, i had a mosin on me at the time but i was in a rather dense town on the 1st floor of a small house and only walking past small windows.

This just seems to be part of the code and to make it easier for all practical purposes to get the idea across that they have fixed the infected, still nowhere in the lore of dayZ it says they are zombies. I wouldn't take this as proof they are legitimate zombies but more as a non-canon way of explaining updates.

Looking at the game description on steam I don't see anywhere that they are zombies, so for all we know this isn't a zombie game but a pandemic game!

This is going to be done but not by enhancing the zombies but by greatly increasing the quantity as so that when you fire a gun a whole hored will come after you, if they were enhanced and the quantity was increased it would be just awful.

There is bullet travel and zeroing, they make the game as realistic as possible so it may seem that a gun is inaccurate when it's actually hard to use

Wouldn't it be better to have a system where say you grow a beard, so after say 50 hours ingame you grow a bit of a beard? Or something subtle like that.

Hi there, there are a lot of posts saying that the player limit should be raised, however I think that if the player limit is raised to above 50 (Currently 40) it will cause the game to be to densely populated. Honestly the game is dense enough as it is and it is an apocalypse, heres a pretty crude map i made showing how densely populated servers already are if they have say 36 players. This is pretty densely populated already and imagine doubling, even tripling this as some players want, it also means you could in theory come across a player every 1-2km! That's say 3/4 players from your trip of elektro to NWAF! The game would be so dense that you would come across bandits and other players left right and centre, meaning not enough zombies and not enough loot to go around causing chaos. I think the dev's chose a great player limit, doesn't need to be raised AT ALL.

Because it isn't fun to cheat.

In all honesty i have had this happen, where I never find a player, however in my current experience of standalone i commonly come across players away from the coast and found that i usually see a player in every 3-4km i travel.
