ArmA3 confirmed features, what is possible in standalone?

I like your post, it's got a good ammount of information in it. I recall seeing a Famas rifle in one of the ArmA 3 E3 2012 videos, I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure I saw one. -

I assume so, unless it was an extremely unlucky coincidence that I died straight after I Alt+f4'd, and after recieving that message when i did, but the exact same thing happened to my friend. The odd part is that I Alt+f4'd on another server to see if it would kill me again and the combination did nothing, as it would normally now that the combination has been disabled. -
That's just how DayZ goes man, my friends and I have found multiple vehicles, etc; only to be taken by others or for the server to simply fuck up and decide "I don't want you to have that UAZ anymore buddy". Why does any of this happen? Cause DayZ.

Rocket himself has said that he can't fix it as it's an artifact from the ArmA: II scripting. I don't think it will change any time soon.

I think dying on a high populated server is punishment enough as it is right now, it gives me the shits sitting at my computer for 20 minutes while the game loads. That sure as hell discourages me from PvP. -
I'd like to see the player's character become a zombie (provided you haven't sucked up a bullet to the head or become the full course meal of 5-10 zombies). But it happens without your control; while still being able to see through your perspective and while the game is loading when you respawn. Sure that's a long shot to load the starting area while you're still limping and groaning about, but it still would be pretty awesome to not have to watch "Loading" for a full 10 minutes. Then the player's character could just become another walking, or sporadic sprinting sack of shit for someone else to shoot/loot.

I'd love to be able to sic my dog on some bringus camping around stary, I'm sure some hilarity would come of it. However I find it odd that a brand new feature is being implemented into the game when some of the features in the game now are quite buggy (hacking also). I suspect it will only create more problems at the moment.. -

I'm either with a group of friends or go it alone, if I see someone who hasn't spotted me or if I hear gunshots I tend to move out of the area, but if I get put in a position where I have to decide whether to shoot this guy who's telling me to "stand still", I'll almost always shoot before asking if he's friendly or not. Not because I enjoy making somebodies 3+ hours a waste of time, but if I had to confine it to one reason, it would be because I'd rather them than me. If I had to say who I hunt it would have to be campers. -
Hai there, I have been playing DayZ for a while now and decided to record for a while during a few sessions of DayZ with friends, so far I only have 2, but if I get a motivating responce I'll make some more. Lol, I expected someone to bring it up, found a bunch of tents with shit in them, most likely they were duped but, why not take it man? :D Needless to say, we've all lost the gear now anyways, along with the car >.<
