Have you considered a possibility that the guy who shot you was already there and you just spawned in front of him with your back towards him? It sounds even more improbable that within 1-2 seconds of you spawning someone teleported to you to kill you.

Someone could have logged out at the same place as you did, it happens.

If you try to hack into the game with your sqf script then yes, BE maybe will ban you, if you do it the legit way there is nothing to fear.

Rocket and his team simply don't have as much brainpower as the entire modding community. So yeah it will never beat the mod.
