You can already load wounded players into vehicles, but you can't access inventory whilst in-vehicle, therefore can't patch 'em up. Being able to access inventory so you can provide aid (also eat, drink etc.) in vehicle would be great. Imagine using a Ural as an ambulance!

You were probably hit by a Z. Raid hospitals for antibiotics. If it gets bad your health will deteriorate until the inevitable conclusion.

There will be more variety in character customisation in the standalone, but I assume that's more to do with outfits rather than facial/bodily features.

Let me get this straight. You're camping out there on the hills, presumably sniping at players on your own, and you're getting pissy with people getting the jump on you? So make a friend who will watch your back whilst you camp out pissing off other players rather than moaning on the forums...
