Am sorry, but half of what was said in this thread is a load of crap. 'Oh he blames stream snipers', Well for starters, No. The viewers blame stream snipers and hackers, if Sacriel thinks he has been stream sniped, he'll say, and usually watch back the footage an show you. Yes the Squad Vs Squad videos are good, and they're even better watching them live when it happens, how often do you jump on a random server you've never played on before and jump into squad battles? Because am betting it isn't often, and when you do, you're the one lying on the floor. Oh wait! No with the trash coming out of some of the people in here, I'd supected you'd most likely ALT + F4. Now on to the 'killing unarmed players' Few unarmed players have been killed on Namalsk, you've played that map right? You know, that one where some unarmed dude runs passed you, then suddenly two minutes later, you're lying there dead, and he's slapping his balls over your face, teaching you not to trust anyone.... Yea, that map. Am sorry, but YOU the community turned DayZ into a KoS don't trust anyone shit fest! Anyone can get your IP address just from pressing J ingame so yous both can shut up about that. However, you shouldn't post IP address and dayz commander isn't that reliable for tracking players due to it not being able to tell who's who when multiple people use the same name.

You still have access to arma2 game scripts n files tho. I'll look into the server side of things over the next few days when I get a break from work so I can see what you admins can do to personally help your server if anything. But with arma2 itself being a pretty 'relaxed' client it could open the possibilities of culling this recent wave. I mean if your server has a modded nuke ie all damage removed, then when they try to hack n run a nuke it'll run fine but with the mod to the script it'll just cause no damage. Or am I getting this wrong an hackers can actually force script changes on a server.

I ain't played this game long an haven't looked at the server files, but I did used to run a private server for a popular mmo. I feel for your current infestation and know how annoying it is. My equerry is, can you not rewrite some off the server side scripts an replace abused mechanics ( nuke n teleporting) thus rendering some hacks useless, or does the game run a crc on these?

Am hoping this is in the correct place. I work late shifts, so by the time I get to gaming its late and dark. So my quick questions are. Are their any daytime servers (perma-day)? (I've tryed joining servers that are +/-8 GMT and its still night -.-) Are the servers on Sixlauncher linked to the public Hive by default unless said otherwise? If you usually play around this time of night, and are on a low pop / quiet noob friendly server, which are you on? Thank you for your time in reading this post, and if you reply thankyou.
