Hi i got 2 combined Sugestions: Climb able trees Like a ladder climbable but not able to shoot from Save Logout Places To counter the altf4 problem and to add realism adds penalty Suggestions : Fireplace Houses TREES Deerstands Vehicles Explanation why: Everybody could climb a tree and would be relatively save from predators and even zambies so it would add to teh realism of the mod and would add to tactics and gamemechanics and it should be easy to implement in the alpha if you just define trees as ladders.Make the trees like a ladder would also mean that you cant shoot from it and it possibly couldnt be abused as a bandit sniper heaven. With trees as place where zambies cant get you, it would be possible to make a way more dangerous environment (animals hordes of zombies etc) and that would be good. Because i´d like to see way more cooperative gameplay and i think this can only happen when u increase the threat of the zombies etc so people are forced to cooperate to survive ... i think that would be more fun to play for everybody. It would just make the game harder ... and now the z´s are more or less just anoying ... and no real thread in is this setting as it should be. Also it would be a really exposed position where you cannot flee. So its sole purpose would be a defensive position for new spawns and as a save logout place. So the save logout system could be used to counter the altf4 problem with a penalty of a maybe 30 sec LOOTABLE character if not logged out in a save place. The idea is to make the char not killable but to be able to loose all the nice stuff which hurts more imho. So if a player altf4 ´rs out of a fight the hunter will still get the loot and the escapist will be punished. But if your game or computer crashes etc and nobody is around to loot you you wont loose anything. And in combination with climbable trees would be nearly perfectly easy as a save logout place because you find them everywhere. Conclusion: With this two changes the game could be made much harder without breaking it for the new spawns and this mod beeing a alpha i think this should be tried if it works as intended to force people to cooperative gameplay and not to shoot and loot as it is now. This would although make the interaction between players and the whole social mechanics of the game way more intense. As it should and would be in a zambie apocalypse. Downloaded the torrent ... 10sec later i had teh files ... 5 sec later copied in mod folder ... 30s later in game ... wtf are u doing ... got ati 4870 gpu ... no glitches i have no AA enabled ... maybe thats a solution ... worth a try ... And well id like to have an outlook on the things around standalone arma 3 engine new features so a general direction of the game developing ... ppl wont like it if theire not involved ... many promising betas gone that way ... been there ... just my 2 beans ^^

    Zombies way too hard now

    A Challenge is a Challenge ... but only if the rules are fair/reasonable and as the game being alpha atm the rules are being balanced as we rant ... So ... this is a process and try to be constructive as it will result in more fun for everyone ... although im still pissed about being insta killed by unconciouskills where is the point in having 12000 lifepoints if u re 95% dead after hitting 8000 ... that makes no sense ... but i think it will change and to make sure my opinion to that point is heard i registered here ^^ But wattever its a game ;)

    Zombies way too hard now

    Hi i relatively new to the game playing for a week reading a lot about etc ... Its fun because its HARD .. so me is not complaining about that but a few things are very imba. 1. Died 3 time today being knocked out with a little under 8000 blood ... and i mean by first hit by the z. no chance to survive the unconsciousness ... Thats way to hard if you die with 2/3 of your health and u cant do shit about it very frustrating 2. The evading / hitboxes of z is ridiculous - sometimes u dont hit with the hatchet them standing in ur face and sometimes u hit em 2 m away ... broken and therefore nofun/skill/learnable 3. The loot i think it should be a little more easy with the basic needs aka more loot of the shitty guns and ammo after getting your basic shit the difficulty should rise hard and fast as it is. Maybe making high powered gun ammo very very rare. 4. I think z should decay slowly as they dont get any brains to eat and if they eat a player they should regain "blood" 5. Respawning time/amount of z´s is way to fast and not realistic and is disproportionate to the loot .. All that said its still thrilling to play ... :D
