Ok so today I went into a server I always use. Everything was going fine I was in a house in Elektro picking up some ammo. Then all of a sudden I was teleported. I spawned in some sort of rail road station and there was like 6 people running around. I then noticed I had a broken leg some how. So I then got shot but I quickly aborted the game. I left the game alone for a few hours. I then come back thinking my character was dead. But to my surprise he was not but I was knocked out and losing blood. My blood got to under 5000 then stopped. As soon as my character got up I was attacked by zombies and then I died :(. I was a little gutted as I just found a rifle and I was doing very well on food and drink and ammo. My character was 3 days old :(. Lucky I had a decent start on my new character. What is the point in hacking? I mean spawning everyone in the same area of the map what advantage dose that give you?

Hi, Just a little rant really. I use DayZ commander and I notcied there was a new version for Arma 2 flashing at the top of it. Version 95724 so I downloaded it. Now I can't play DayZ as no one else has downloaded the update. This update must of only come out in the last few minutes as it was not available an hour ago.

Hello, I have been playing DayZ for a few days now and it is brilliant and terrably addicting. I have some minor problems with the game. Ok so at the moment only have 1 gun witch is a M1911 when I shoot it I can't here no gun fire. Well I can for a very split second when I fire but that is it. But when I see other people shooting I can here there weapons fine. Next issue is in Cherno if I look in a certain direction the graphics will go all wierd and blank. Any idea how I can fix this. This only happens when am in Cherno. My last issue is the loading time. When I first go into a server and press ok. It will say loading for about 5 minutes then setup complete then the game loads in. How come it is taken so long to load is there something wrong my end or is it a problem with the recent patch.? I have one none issue question I would like answered if possible. Can placed barbed wire, Tank trap kits ect be destroyed? Like sometimes when I come to a shopping mall or a Hospital the entrance are most of the times blocked. Sometimes if am lucky I can vault over them but most of the time I can't. Is there anyway to destroy them? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, Kind of wish I knew this before as I have come accross some stores/hostpitals witch most likely had some good stuff in there but they where always surrounded by traps ect. The annoying thing now is I have been walking around with a toolbox for like 3 days now :(. O well my fault I should of asked this question sooner.

Hello all, I just wanted to say what a great game/mod this is. Am new to this in fact am pretty new to Arma 2 in general. I bought the game in a sale about a year ago and I never got around to playing it. I only found out about DayZ from a friend last night. I had a quick look at some video's on youtube of DayZ and thought it looked really good. So I bought Operation ArrowHead and installed DayZ. I thought I did really well on my first try I survived aobout 2 hours without any weapons or food. I then died threw trial and error. 2nd time of trying I spawned right outside a pretty big city and after hours of searching and sneaking past zombies I finally found a gun. But it never helped me much since I only had 7 bullets. Anyhow again great game and I can see me playing this for many months to come. The only grip I found with this game is I could not fined any food what so ever. I found coke and pepsi no problem but food was no where to be found.
