Yes it will, with all the highest customization, but that's going to cost you over $3000 for a laptop when you could get a desktop that's 2x better for cheaper price. Pretty stupid to get a Dell Alienware laptop.

Both your CPU and GPU are over 5 years old I think. I'd recommend upgrading both, seriously. The E7 you have is either 6-7 years old and it won't be able to run many of the newer games well. The GPU isn't even being sold anymore I think. Get an nVidia GTX 550 ti.

There is no legit way to disable grass, it would also be cheating sort of as you could see people easily. Grass shouldn't lag your game, what CPU/GPU do you have?

Hello, For the past 2-3 days I've been trying to play on a server I'm always active on. I haven't been able to connect to any server no matter how long I wait; 5 minutes, 2 hours. My game always gets stuck on a black 'loading' screen with nothing else on it, I can't even press ESC to exit out of it. Anyone have this problem? It only happened after the recent updates. Really annoying!

ARMA 2 is quite a CPU intensive game. I'd recommend getting a faster processor. AMD wise try an AMD FX-4100 or something, Intel I'd go with an i7 3770 or so.

I'm trying to download the latest Beta patch for ARMA 2 so I can play on one of my favorite servers. The download site for the beta patch has been down all day for me. http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php/ Does anyone know why? If so please like/quote my post so I am alerted.

Your host will do this for you. You can't host one on your PC.

It is impossible to completely stop hacking with a game engine like ArmA 2. Stop complaining about hacking/scripting, if you don't have any good suggestions. Wait for ARMA 3.
