if your hunting crashed choppers its best to be on a vehicle, cause if you spot one, you can drive up to it so fast the zombies wont spawn, you can just hop out/of your vehicle and grab the loot.

SVD is the most awesome looking sniper ever.

the loot is in the building with an alcove in it, its just that the loot spawns below the ground, so you gotta move your mouse over the area and scroll to find the loot.

this happens when a player gets DCd and the game gives control over the character to an NPC, which runs around and gets into cars and stuff.
