I kind of feel like it's the other way around right now. The game is incredibly fun when you first spawn up on the coast, but once you get your hands on a tent, some high grade weapons, tools, it loses that intensity and turns into a feature-laden walking simulator.

Actually, it's a rare spawn in military barracks. If you found it on a helicopter crash, someone else got there before you and pitched it for something else. -

It still requires hitting up a military spawn. You can find CZ ammo in every loot point in the game. It drops off farmer zombies too, so those are possible spawn points. Picking up a dozen or so CZ mags isn't as quick as DMR mags, but it's a lot safer an doesn't require hiking across the map.

FAL's aren't really assault rifles. They're more like baby-snipers. Anywho Silentkill. I've got plenty of spare rifles laying around. Do you prefer M4s, M16s, or AK variants? -
I don't really bother to hide my tents. I just stick them where I know other people will have camps too. That way I can loot their stuff and serverhop over to where my tents are and put it with my stuff. If I find a vehicle, that will change, but finding vehicles without a vehicle is just a pain.

I'd just chuck it. Normally when it comes to hacked gear I say "Yeah, sure, as long as you didn't spawn it.", but it uses GP-25 grenades, which don't spawn. Not worth the trouble.

The problem I have with the M24 isn't its power. It's the fact that it offers no real advantage over the CZ 550, and is harder to find/find ammo for. The bullets travel about 20 FPS faster, and its slightly easier to use thanks to it using mil-dots, but none of those seem to account for more than a stylistic choice for the average player.

It's a rough choice for me between the M14 and the FN FAL. I hope tents come back soon so I don't have to choose.

There can be several per server (Up to six I believe), and they respawn upon each server restart. They do not reset until then. They spawn randomly in the plains surrounding the northwest airfield and stary sobor.

M14's the king of the game for me. I had to switch over to the FAL though, because I kept getting stuck in doors and wrenching out my legs? -
It's all those bandits that quit because they weren't willing to hunt down more ammo for their AS-50s. Now all that's left are the true terminators. Men who are so dedicated to shooting you in the face from a klick away that they will farm barracks and zombies for days on end, just to get some ammo. Be afraid.

I consider myself to have neutral luck. I find rare items all the time. In the past week and a half, I've had my hands on nearly every piece of high tier loot in the game. I even found a satchel charge. I also manage to injure myself on architecture. Constantly. There doesn't even need to be a door or a stairway, I can twist my character at an odd angle against a wall and shatter my legs. I've switched away from longer weapons for the sole purpose of trying to protect my poor blood-pool from door-wedging. It's why I spent the trouble to track down an FAL, even though I have an M14 and DMR.

No, but every time I play with mine, I want to put a bullet in the back of his head. Whenever I stare at my sniper rifles, I have to sigh and say "not today." Seriously, the guy is flaky. He Alt-F4s out whenever he hears shots get fired and leaves me to fight off the bandits. Then he loots my corpse. I just keep him around as a loot mule. -

The G17 is fantastic. It and the revolver are the only pistols that are even remotely accurate past 25 feet.

I'll be honest, I would just sneak up on an Elektro sniper and just smack him with a tazer until he logged out.

I've done that too. I've put tents along the coast on my main server and filled them with starter equipment. Some jerk emptied them all out and saved them with an empty tin can.
