    I don't shot on sight, but I do have a very itchy trigger finger. Friendlies get food, gear, and medical assistance if they need it. Hostiles get a vitamin supplement delivered by way of 7.62 jacketed "syringes".

    The SVD does save time to use, thanks to the built in rangefinder, but if you have a spotter, that shouldn't be an issue.

    (Un)fortunately. I successfully acquired what could be described as a "bucketload" of tents (seven) today. However, if any of you are still looking to trade, I'm still on the lookout for rangefinders, tank traps, bear traps, and sandbags.

    You get one save per tent. Do not fiddle with it, do not wiggle it around, just shove everything you want to save in it, stick it, and then do not touch it other than for taking your stuff out of it.

    Takes up your backpack slot though, like the M240. I still think it's an awesome weapon. The firepower of a fifty cal, with the built in rangefinder of an SVD.

    I'm not suggesting it won't work, the suppressor still captures the expanding gas of the round and reduces the resultant sound (without both the sonic boom and the sound of expanding gas, it's difficult to locate the source of shots). I'm saying that using supersonic ammunition will degrade the lifespan of a suppressor not intended for use with supersonic ammunition. It's bad practice.

    The Lee-Enfield, of course, is one of my favorite weapons in the game from both a stylistic and performance point of view. A skilled player could get more use out of that then a fair bit of the assault rifles in the game. Oh, and the silenced MP5. It's worthless against other players, but the thing is the only firearm in the game that is actually silent.

    Currently not. I have a CZ 550 or DMR if those are acceptable substitutes, but no M24.

    Put on Camo Clothing. You might be able to get by on that ambiguity. Or you might get shot. Hard to say. Either way, get to bloodbaggin.

    M16s are the better option in my opinion. All other things equal, the M16 carries damage better over range, and that can make a difference. That, and I just like full size rifles.

    SD ammo use subsonic ammunition. Most ARs use supersonic ammunition, which is nearly impossible to silence. And most of us like the M4A1 CCO SD, we just prefer other weapons that offer better firepower at range.

    Night servers are fun though. And not just if you have NVGs. There's a certain charm to using flares and chemlights, doin it the old fashioned way. And watching the bright red tracers from my M240 rip through a bandit's midsection.

    The M14 is the best all purpose gun in the game, in my opinion. Powerful, easy to use, effective at range, and with plentiful ammo. There's something to love about it for everybody. The MK 48 is interesting to me because it's basically an automatic M14, but I just find myself preferring a rifle over an MG.

    It seems like a singularly odd weapon to hack in. AK-107s are just as illegal, but they have a higher rate of fire and lower recoil. It's possible a glitch in the hive gave it to him instead of the usual hacks.
