I changed my clothes to camo clothing and lost my large Coyote backpack, it got replaced with the backpack I had on before that an Alice pack. *Edit* A day after that I got into an Airfielf and found an M14 Acog, I disconnected a couple hours later and when I return I find my M14 Acog has now transformed into an M14 Red Dot sight. >:( A couple days after that I killed a guy and switched my second primary an M14 to his FAL, I realised he didn't have many mags for it so I ditched it for my dead friends AKM. I had an AKM and an M4A1 I keep on playing for a couple hours then disconnect, I come back and find that I now have an AKM and an M14, Where did the M4A1 go!!! :(

I was looting a brick building in Elektro when just as I pick up a Macarov I get shot in the back by some guy with an Enfield somehow I didn't get knocked unconscious or die, I reloaded the pistol as I was making evasive manoeuvres (Running left and right) then sprayed all my lip into him, I reloaded again as he pulled out his Macarov and tried to shoot me I sprayed my second clip into him, Finally he went down and I shot him in the head one last time. Still to this day I have no idea how I survived a point blank shot to the back by and Enfield as Iv'e always got one-shot kills or been able to knock unconscious someone with it.

It's too much way to much, I shoot my Winchester once and fucking every single zombie in the game comes for me I barely have enough ammo for them all.

This is why I never shoot my weapon (Unless I need to kill a survivor), if a zombie is chasing me I just run into some bushes out of sight, I've only killed 4 zombies. :P

Brilliant, not so sure about the text on the fingers but other than that I think it's really good. Could you remove the text and put an alt up? I'd love to have that on my desktop. :]

Happened to me in NW Airfield, I disconnected to the desktop then came back and it sorted itself out fine.

Holy shit this is epic! I love seeing teamwork that good in DayZ.

I was going to the airfield for some guns walking in the woods in-between Devils Castle and The NW Airfield when I hear a car engine, So I go prone and survey the area I heard the engine from, after a couple seconds looking I decide to go in and take the guy out I don't want any competition at the airfield. So I move forward crouched when I spot him surprisingly he didn't see me, I aimed my Enfield at him and shot, Missed, he started snaking and I fired 2 more shots at him both missed also, Finally he stops to get a shot on me when I do the same he gets me once with his M16A2 and manages to get me from full health down to 5000 blood but my shot knocks him out or killed him I fire another shot at his head to make sure he's down and bandage myself up. On him I got a Map finally, his gun with 3 mags I now have no need for the airfield, and some Night Vision goggles! Which are pretty useless to me since I don't play at night. xD

I'd like to add my own suggestion to this, pain (Shaky screen) from loosing too much health or getting hit/shot should lessen over time, it's extremely annoying when I don't have any painkillers and my primary is a sniper rifle.

I was running through a forest, stopping every so often to look at far away villages or plot where I am going to go next when I had the idea of overheating, something that in-game would happen when you have ran for long distances for a very long time. If your temperature gets too high the effects could be: heavy breathing (Noticeable by other players), faster dehydration, slower movement speed or passing out in the worst cases. Ways to fix overheating could be: drinking, (I don't know if its just me but I seem to find ALOT of pop more than food) standing still to catch your breath or taking a dip in some water. Just a random idea I'd like to know how you all think about this. :]

I had just spawned and found a large brick building I searched around and found a Macarov, as soon as I started reloading it I get shot in the back by a guy with an Enfield! surprisingly I didn't get downed, I quickly stood up as I finished reloading and started firing bullets into the guys body, he was just crouching there trying to shoot at me as I performed my expert evasive manoeuvres (Running left and right) My second clip was loaded and I shot all my rounds into him he fell down as I reloaded once more and double tapped him in the head. I couldn't believe I actually survived that and the guy was loaded! I could survive for ages. :]

Pretty good actually it started off real bad then got a whole lot better, The last server I was on got hacked and it broke my legs so I died with alot of stuff on me. :( Then I see servers aren't working so I searched around on the forums for a fix and managed to get on a server. In that server I found an Enfield rifle and decided to go to the hospital for some supplies, on the third floor I thought I heard something, I looked towards where the sound was coming from it sounded like someone was on the same floor as I was in at the end of the hallway I stopped and held my rifle up, my heart was pounding. I stayed in that spot for a few seconds before I heard someone eating and drinking then crying in pain so I eventually decided to go and get him, he sounded like he was on low health so I though this will be easy I walked down the stairs to the 2nd floor just as I was about to take a step on the stairs to the 1st floor he came around the corner, So I pulled up my Enfield and shot him, I learned the rule 'Double tap' from Zombieland so I waited a few seconds before searching his body, he regained consciousness and I shot him in the head. Not to long after that I walked out the Hospital into a large house, I think it's the pub? So I got in and immediately heard a noise, someone stepping on a floorboard so I walked upstairs cringing at the creaks in the stairs I made as I walked up, I thought he was waiting at the top so I stopped at the top aiming at the 2 doorways I could see waiting for a noise that would signal to me where he was, I heard a creak in the floorboard and new he was in the left door so I walked through slowly looking over the edge and spotted him picking up some loot. No need to aim this time I shot him straight in the head just as he turned to me. All the time my heart was beating like crazy.

Wearing something that can hide you from other players? Of course it's safe to wear! Then again if your play-style is run into the big cities and take shit then it would probably be a bad idea and make you a higher value target. There's good and bad points to it so it's all up to you if you think it's safe.

Some bandits do it for fun, me personally I will kill a player regardless of if he's carrying a weapon for 2 reasons: 1. He's competition, If I'm in a city with another player without a gun there's a possibility he will find a gun and shoot me or take all the good loot in the area. 2. Even if you don't have a gun you still have other stuff, food, water, extra painkillers. It's survival, sometimes you need to do stuff you don't want to or have to. Of course those who just kill because it's funny to them are dicks.
