Killing people for fun...so realistic and authentic... Having now watched the vid, this is normal behavior for many players, who also don't murder or do rob people.

The only people i've ever met who use the term mongoloid are those racist trolls on youtube trying to impersonate black people to make them look bad. A country is just a area of land with fictional line drawn around it and if you dislike other countries, as if life were a fucking football game, or because we all have differing economic and political systems because we just stepped out of stone age, then you are one ignorant sob. I've never even seen berries yet, but starved to death almost 3 times on experimental branch. What do they look like? Nevermind..

I can't imagine many situation where i couldn't just escape by running and hiding somewhere quickly. Only if i was unarmed would someone just follow me to carelessly as to keep up with me and see my hiding spot. 30 seconds only solves a handful of situations.

I hope two minutes becomes standard. Almost everywhere on the map is safe at any given moment.

i agree with some of your sentiment, but what about guys who roleplay greatly valuing the lives of normal people and try to protect them, killing those who become a lethal threat to them, aka kos'ers? I dress in military uniforms, up high in cherno, bored, but protecting survivors. Don't KOS me please.

Im your target then Jezza93, a civilian in a military uniform and someone who exclusively hunts murderers, up high in Cherno with a sniper rifle protecting other survivors or stalking slowly through Zelenogorsk. Zombie eye sight = human eye sight, therefore camo or blending clothes are good to use....plus, theres a lot of KOS'ers out there to hide from.

The question is how to find these people and making a 100% positive ID. Just curious, how do you justify it? Its just a game, or else? btw, in my opinion killing new spawns is FAR FAR less disturbing than killing a guy who just spent perhaps days worth of hours getting to that point.

The problem i think a lot of people have with the game is that they are not willing to KOS unless they know for sure someone is a murderer, that leads them to a lot of people watching and hiking and being a bullet sponge (one-sided PVP). @Rista: That photo in your profile is the best photograph ever taken.

The devs need to understand how much time and effort people are putting into this only to be mouse buttoned to death by some 12 year old or some huge asshole.

Yeah, i finally did get around to trying that and noticed that :/ I installed it though anyway. The connections to the same servers i was using last night was much better, yet the patch and a million other things could be responsible too...

I want more PVP actually. The problem is that little of it aligns with reality, i want it to make more sense. Sure, tension and stress would be higher in an apocalypse, but people would be banding together where possible. Children and elderly survivors would need to be taken care of, groups would form around that need. When someone KOS'ed, they be potentially killing a father or sole caretaker children/adults. People are so shortsighted on these forums about what constitutes justifiable homicide, that I think they've begun to believe this game is super realistic playing as a KOS,er.

Unbelievable that people actually think they need to KOS everything to survive in this game or that it would have any significant place in an apocalypse. I can hardly even stand anymore to read people's reasoning for KOS'ing people having been KOS'ed so many times while just trying to hunt murderers. It pains me to think that me looking ultra cautious and sneaky, taking my gun out in high traffic areas so i don't get blitzed without any chance of taking the "cautious fellow" (read: scared dumbass) with me - is equal to me deserving the death penalty.

Died almost three times now from hunger. Ran all the way to apts above Cherno three times in a row. Almost died the third time, but some shithead KOS'er didn't like the way my looting technique or something. Hours and hours...sad.

Im finding no food in small towns that have not been touched by other players. I starved to death twice, running all the bleeping way from the coast to the apt's above Cherno, the only place i can find food, none in electro or between. The third time i made it there, somebody just KOS's me for peeking out a window at his friend while searching apt for food, apparently being cautious make you a mortal enemy. @VictorM, i've been told thats intended, but who knows...
