How many post's have you guys made and how many of those are reporting cheats? I think i have posted about 7 confirmed hackers/Cheat reports and about to post an 8th with video eveidence! How about you all?

Hackers on US 1722 It happened at 4:40am GMT He shot a friend about 500meters to my south then very shortly after i look that way i get shot from behind! The players on this server are [b.S.A.A] Caco, DREAMTEAM.Sonic, And Vernion. Edit: Vernion was just kicked for script restriction #195 at 4:47 GMT

The guy hacking was called DREAMTEAM.Sonic i have video proof of it as my friend and I was messing around with him while recording, I will update this post once the video has been uploaded!

Last night a few people on our server had been affected by ghosters, A few friends and myself witnessed this first hand, We have been trying to find in the .RPT file the locations of the login and out positions so we can submit this in the cheat section and also flush our server of anyone else doing this douche bag move, We have the players name time and then a string of numbers similar to this, PLAYER NAME time PASS false 1234.12 1234.12 136 Its along those lines, Now we thought the 4digit number followed by the decimal was the coords of there log in but it turns out when i log in at say 056-056 on the map the .RPT file hasn't got any numbers to even come close to this number, So we are a bit confused now and unsure how to prove this and read the .RPT file and keep playing by ROCKETS and the DAYZ team's rules for hosting a server. If anyone could help me and let me know how to find the coords of logins so we can stop these guys from ghosting on out server i would be mighty happy. Thanks in advance James.

Hello so i have been trying to figure out how to do a complete reset on a server as the place is littered with tents barbed wire ect..... and removing them does nothing as upon an automatic server restart everything is back in its last location! I have contacted the server host provider and they say they are not allowed to reset server's its down to the DayZ Team, So i was woundering if its an easy task to have the server completely wiped fresh so its like a brand new server no tents no barbed wire no vehicles nothing untill vehicles spawn atleast on that part lol. If i have to pay for the server to be wiped im more then happy to pay that fee to clear up un'used tents tents that seem to dup items even when you empty the tents take the tent down ect.... as upon the restart the items from said tent are in my back pack and the tent, But the same tent is back with all items back in, Everything has been doubled. I have try'd blowing up tents running them over taking them down replacing tents and saving them but it happens everytime i cant seem to get rid of them, The same thing happens with barbed wire, Someone decided to place over 30 barbed wire at the power plant in electro firestation i spent an hour removing them only to log in the next day to find they have all respawned, This is why i ask for a complete server reset, as its getting beyond a joke. I would of corse clear it with all regulars that play on the server first and ask if its all ok, If they agree then i will be paying any fee needed to reset the server, Could a DayZ dev/mod please either confirm that it is or isn't possible to do this, Or if there is plans to wipe all servers in a future update? Exactly, I have spent most of my time either trying to find a way to reset the server back to factory settings, Or i have been out in the sun with my son down the local paddling pool. But once i come online in the evening i decide i might go and see if i can find anything new...... Nope...... Ok to electro/cherno to do some bambi hunting/ give away some stuff. I have purposely run up to players with hordes of zombies said hey over direct chat and carryed on running leaving them with a big trail of zed's to deal with, I need to start the game over again see if i can survive only on skilisty island and still get kills.

Have you try'd to restart the server as soon as someone jumps in the heli, Also try saving it once it has been blowen up?

seriously no one know this answer to this question? The only thing we have figured out is maybe the hive records the coords in a 10x10 grid per each grid ref on the dayz map, Thus making the grid size 9999.99 by 9999.99 Only thing is we cant figure out where the start and finish is on the grid to map out the exact math to figure these coords out! I hate spending more time researching on how to read grid ref's ect.... just so i can have exact proof of exploiters in the game to ban them!

Think your self lucky, On the server i play on we dont have a heli, only a hacked one that got blowen up, only time we saw the heli was when the admin was killed by it that was over 2weeks ago the guys that had it havnt been on since and it still hasnt respawn anywhere on the map!

Is server hopping to relocate to take out players a bannable offence? This has just happened to 3 of us watching a vehicle and they logged out in a barn while we waited to see them again i hear footsteps behind me when they log back in and it turn's out the dude we watched go in the barn was behind me telling me to drop my weapon and then killed me! Is this a ban able offence?

Im asking it its allowed by DayZ team to ban them for this reason! The .rpt logs show them disconnect and reconnect ALOT in a short space of time i guess for duping, Also some show different locations to where they disconnected,

Im not fussed about my stuff its just a dick move, We watched them enter the barn relised they disconnected then once they reconnected we sat there watching the barn and it turns out they spawned in behind all 3 of us! Thing is we cant figure out how they saw all 3 of us as we were all hiding in tree's in 3 different locations, We have the rpt logs to show them log out at point "x" and spawn in at point "y" then kill us all in a few seconds apart! Unsure if the rpt files show up any type of wall hack or something similar! i doubt they used a hack i guess they got lucky! Still i hope its a ban able offence just unsure as rocket hasnt specified exactly what you can and cant ban for! Is there a way to contact DayZ support or something to find out to confirm this or not!

Hey so someone has been kicked from our server due to battleye script restriction #125 after a quick gogle it seems to be caused by "cheat engine" Do you think this is good enough reason to ban a player from the server? After i asked him if he had it installed on his computer, He confirmed it and said i dont know how to cheat in games but i had it to hack other game's..... (What a twat) I hope battleye pick's this up, One more idiot on this game hopfully gone!

Can someone please let me know how to install this patch? when i download the file it is just a single file no .rar file nothing.... What do i do with this file?

Ok a noob qustion, But how do i install the new patch? i download the latest update on page 1 but its just a random file... Where do i place the file or how do i install the file?

I paid for arma 2 just to play this game, Now i have to pay for DayZ..... Sweet! show me where to give you my money... Im more then happy to pay for this game, I will support this game untill i die! or when the zombie apocalypse begin's! rocket this is the best game i have ever played plus arma2 is great fun once you get the hang of thing's. We are playing on less then a quarter of the map! if we bought expansion's to open the map up further that would be awsome! I would buy all of them to open up the full map

So since i have started playing DayZ and failing at being sneaky getting shot ect.... I have decided to just throw caution to the wind and go balls out on every zombie and player i come across, Now some of you will slate me and call me a noob ect... But i have found its more effective then trying to stay silent... The zombies chase me i enter a building and mow them down at the door! This is safer then sneaking and risk being a slow target for a sniper! Also when other players start hearing 400+ rounds being empty'd in the middle of town i think they get rather distressed and try to leave the city in fear! Take this as an example, A friend and I were heading to balota airfield from the industrial part of the run way, I was still looting the buildings when all of a sudden my friend gets shot! in a frantic race to save my friend and searching for the dick that shot my friend i once again throw caution to the wind and sprint directly at my friend while looking along the tree line's As i approach my friend im shouting where is he? where is he? unknown to me that i was practically stood on his head! as my friend confirms to your o'clock i spin round 90* and open fire with my FN FAL, And wouldn't you know it BAM! ******* Was killed!, I do this everywhere and its great fun as i have join multiple servers and teased the shite out of snipers around electro by zig-zagging while sprinting around them. I have never been hit by one to-date! while this sniper is shooting me my friend with his sniper up the hill scan's the rough area the shots are coming from until i hear a loud zip past my ear then ***** was killed, Nice one great shot now for the next sniper! If you find your taking too long in towns/city's either use a SD side arm and run in fast grab what you want/can and get the hell outta there! if you want to have some fun and suffer from a heart attack then go balls out and open fire where ever you decide to go! Become nuck chorris - Because chuck just inst hard enough! and start going balls out to survive the zombie apocalypse.

One of our friends logged in by gorska (I think thats how to spell it) and heard the heli flying so i grabbed the ATV over by the NW airfield and started driving like a pro all the way over to olsha where i found smoke pouring out of the tree tops i headed in that direction with my as50 ready just incase it was usable and i would need to shot the rotor, After waiting for my friend to hike his way to me while i scaned the area we headed in to find the weapon crate's and 2 heli's blowen up, TBH i dont mind hacker's/scripter's that do this without causing harm to anyone else its just the noobs that teleport people ect.... Head up to olsha and start searching the area's near black lake and blunt rocks, That seems to be a good area to hide a heli.

Yeah i have grouped up with 6 other players and we have searched the map non stop and have found 2 buses, tractor, ural, gaz, uaz, and an atv, We chased a heli last night only to find it was a dirty player spawning in heli's he had 2 that were destroyed and 2 ammo crates with 50 of everything in the game! lmao. The pattern is very random i wont make the same turn twice, The zombies come in to one entrance of the building and i shoot a few and then head out the otherside of the building its rather funny watching them get confused. I dont just zig zag, I should of made it clearer that it is more random then anything but the jist is zig zag, i spin sprint zig zag turn sprint walk zig zag sprint ect.... just mash the keyboard lmao. I have been close once when i did repeat a section but i had a lucky escape!

I hope rocket finds there address and post's it on the forum.... uhazmybeanz Sir. I have seen those guys in our server.... That would explain the tents full with G36's rocket can we ban them from all servers before you ban him globally? I think this warrants it. I have been recordin hackers teleporting players all last night im going to make a montage of every hackers name and the video! Maybe be rocket should give the red light on every hacker to be banned from the server's or atleast a temp ban untill rocket/battleye confirms they are cheating or not, I would rather protect a server from these scum bags then risk losing everything every five minute's.

At the exact same time me and my buddies log in to that server and it happened to us also! we have it on video and its just going cause people to lock servers untill its fixed. Rocket you need to remove the blacklist for servers if they get locked as no one wants hackers in there server destroying there hard earned money to pay for that to play and have fun!
