Yes, it's possible a map could be created based on FarCry's map, however it would take an enormous amount of time. (Talking many months here and depending on the level of detail years)

Some of them are reasonably well known on here, I'm sure you would have seen Stapo, Venthos and Pwnoz0r around at least. Stapo is responsible for Thirsk and DayZ+ PwnoZ0r did Utes and his private server package is one of the two majority of servers use, (Bliss or Pwnoz0rs.) Venthos made DayZRedux of which the combat system (and probably other additions) were taken. Sorry if I sold any of you short ;)

I very much doubt you will see DayZ on current gen consoles, I expect we will see it ported to PS4 and Xbox720 at some point though.

That's usually how I play, especially when I spawn at Kamenka. I run straight North, pick up a backpack at Zenelgork and then continue to Starry/NW for guns, hopefully a heli crash site on the way. -

Not initially. They haven't decided how to handle additional maps down the track yet, they would be a long way away regardless. (2014+) I expect it will use steams server browser (I really hope they don't try and reinvent the wheel) -

Rocket isn't even working on the mod anymore it's been handed over to the community. All focus is on the standalone and has been for some time now. -

It sounds like you are using the same CD Key. Run OA as admin to ensure the one in your registry is the one for your copy of OA. -

Not really, unless they are hacking. They would need access to the database which only the devs have on the public hive.

"Shit pit" Dig a hole deep enough so that you can't climb out, take a dump in the hole, cover it with a blanket/tarp/shrubs/grass. Wait for someone to fall in. -

Read the stickies. Contact BattlEye http://www.battleye.com/support.html The ban #ID is your GUID (CD Key basically), if you purchased a new copy and are getting the same message then you are still using your old CD Key. -

Simply running OA as admin should update the key in the registry to that copy, personally I wouldn't trust any CD Key changers given the prevalence of key theft. Or as above, navigate to the OA folder in the registry, export it for each copy and then just run whichever .reg file you want to play to use that account.

Blood bags already do promote player interaction? Yes, I think it's a bad idea to "force" players into already popular hotspots, I'd rather see suggestions on how to promote less populated areas to be utilised more. I don't think players should be forced via game mechanics to do anything.

Considering there are only 3 hospitals on the map, I can only see this pushing more people to the major coastal cities.
