I'd prefer the animations instantly stop then having to stand there and wait for an animation to play of me pulling out a weapon while I am being attacked by zombies. Personally I still don't think they are fluid enough.

Admins not updating their script filters to latest version so players get kicked. It happens every patch but for some reason admins never learn they have to update their filters and instead demand it gets patched for weeks until they finally figure it out and update them.

An alpha is that thing that comes out two weeks before the finished game is released right.. Seriously though, the zombies need A LOT of work. Everything else is shaping up nicely considering it's currently pre-alpha, my biggest fear is there is some technical limitation as to why zombies will always be a buggy mess though. -

My understanding is you could leave the game at any time but your character would remain in-game for 30 seconds or so afterwards. It wouldn't necessarily mean you actually have to remain in-game waiting to leave (like the mod), otherwise people just combat log every time they get mobbed by zombies or shot at by other players. I think it's pretty obvious he didn't mean they would sit there indefinitely because that would be stupid. -
They haven't removed ironsights, they just didn't use them in the video. Crosshair is also a placeholder at the moment.

The community took over development of the mod about 9 months ago so the dev team could focus entirely on standalone, as a result the mod has no effect on the standalone.
