Tents stay on the server you placed them on but you can always pick it up and move it to a different server.
-
Are you saying it's cursed :D
-
Try again now, apparently it's fixed now according to this post.
-
They attack very hard so I'm finding it much easier to simply avoid them, lock them in houses, sneak around them or simply run away if they see you.
-
I've read a few reports and they pretty much all mention Razor Game Booster, you might try uninstalling that until the issue is resolved atleast.

DayZ and BE - Stopping launch and isn't helping fix it!
SmashT replied to [email protected]'s topic in Troubleshooting
It's DLL whitelist. If the message doesn't cause any issues with your game please just ignore them, if it's preventing you from launching the game you might need to contact BattlEye Support but read their FAQ first, its probable the DLL is blocked because you have malware on your PC and it's trying to hook on dayz, it wont ban you, it will just stop the injection. http://www.battleye.com/support/faq/ support[at]battleye.com -
They did respond initially, looks like they must have missed the additional information though. http://feedback.dayzgame.com/view.php?id=22504

Yes they do. You can actually que via the steam server browser currently afaik (although it's not ideal), add server to favorites, alt+tab to steam, view > servers > favorites > connect to server > auto retry. I find I'm still often beaten by others though.

Modding is not enabled and I would strongly recommend you avoid downloading cracked/pirated version of the game. Modified servers are against the Term of Service and people have reported being global banned after playing on them.

I Was Told Not Enough Action Last Time...Well....

That V3S jump :D -
You'll surely get them when modding is enabled.

Your talking about old cd-key-based bans from the past (which could have been caused by cd-key theft as well as they were stored in the users registry), these didn't affect other games on the same Steam account as they wern't based on your Steam-ID but rather your cd key. ArmA II switched over to Steam-ID based bans about July last year, after Gamespy shutdown, joining DayZ and ArmA 3. Bans since then carry across all games.

Try this, from BattlEye's website (the games anti-cheat): http://www.battleye.com/v2/support/faq/

Does it occur on experimental servers or just when you hit the "play" button to join your last server? Your currently on the experimental build so won't be able to join stable servers unless you opt back out of experimental. Right click DayZ > Properties > Betas > None. If it's happening on experimental servers also I'd suggest verifying your files. Right Click DayZ > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache.

From the BattlEye.com FAQ

It's recommended you just BCC all 5 DayZ GSP's into the same email. You might have some luck with the method below however we found people were often incorrectly reporting servers to the datacenter/hosts whom some GSP's rent rackspace from instead of to the actual DayZ Service Provider and as such the reports were completely useless. http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/161560-trick-to-find-out-the-gsp-of-a-abusive-server/

Battleye won't let me accept agreement.... (Can't play because of this.)
SmashT replied to fearxjustin's topic in Troubleshooting
If nobody has any ideas, I'd suggest submitting a ticket to the bug tracker and maybe also emailing BattlEye to see if they can suggest anything. support[at]battleye.com http://feedback.dayzgame.com/ -
Gallery of some (potentially) future DayZ items / models.
SmashT posted a topic in General Discussion
These pictures are taken from the portfolio of Black Element Software, a subsidiary of Bohemia Interactive, responsible for the creation of 3D models and textures. We can already see the results of their work in the game right now and this album could be a first look at the very impressive content that is upcoming next. Keep in mind that there is no guarantee that any of these items are actually going to be in DayZ. Gallery http://blackelement.net/portfolios.html Credit to Pure Passion for the find.- 23 replies

Pretty much, well they could have persistence off and just restart more often I suppose. It's also against the server hosting rules to claim they have modified loot spawns etc. http://dayz.com/files/pdf/Server_Hosting_Rules_Public.pdf
-
You can't increase loot spawns. If you want to turn persistence off, I believe you will need to submit a ticket to GS and they will do it for you.

Nice, I've seen some amazing fan art for DayZ over the years. My all time favorites have to be the following. Patrick Brown Darren Geers Thomas Jake Ross

^ Damn that's a lot of stuff. Alternatively, you can delete: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<Steam User ID >\7\remote\serverbrowser_hist.vdf This will also clear your favorites however as they are stored in the same file. You can also edit the file in Notepad+ and add or remove individual entries.
