The information/client bubble will help to some degree with that as anything outside the bubble doesn't get sent to the client at all.

Zombies still need a lot of work, I agree they don't look good at the moment and having every zombie do that jumping attack currently only exacerbates that feeling, if they can implement that turning while running animation and tone down the jumping attacks so they are a lot less common I think that will improve it significantly. I'm a bit disappointed zombies haven't been worked on much yet though. I'm actually getting really good FPS compared to the mod though so I can't share that complaint and I think Rocket is the only person who likes motion blur lol.

Pretty much, the recommendation is to move to private hives, I don't think any have been approved in about 9 months. -

What version of ArmA 2 and Operation Arrowhead do you have? It tells you on the main menu screens.

I once followed a cow in debug plains hoping it would lead me to a town, it didn't. I eventually died of starvation.

Download alpha version (version number), it just looked better and it also had a thing on the right saying it's a mod for ArmA CO and where you could buy that. Maybe they used a really old backup of the frontpage, not sure.

Yeh, I don't really like the sound of it either but tbh I haven't even noticed, was only added in 1.7.7 http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/129843-dayz-mod-177-patch/ Old system was 40 per client and +10 for each player within 400m I think.
