BEC (which has scheduled messages) will likely be available to sub-private hives when they are implemented, dunno about public hive servers though as admin tools were deliberately restricted on the public hive and rcon pw has not been distributed, for now. I'd love to see restart warnings but due to many admins using any tools they are given to cheat, modify, break the rules, give themselves an advantage etc allowing these tools probably wants to be avoided on the public hive, hence why admins don't have rcon access and there are no tools/modifications/access to the server files aside from name, player count (inside supported range), and admin pw allowed right now.

If you want to report a suspected cheater, you can report their profile on Steam. While these reports don't directly result in bans. VAC can decide to investigate their machine a little differently, more aggressively, more frequently, or sooner based on those reports. Reporting them here on the forums will not expedite any action taken against these players. Thanks.

Open the file with notepad and add the following lines to the bottom: 3D_Performance=1500000; adapter=-1; or delete the file and DayZ should recreate it when you launch the game.

If you encounter an abusive admin or server, please do not post it here on the forums. We cannot do anything with these reports. It is not productive and does not expedite action taken against these servers. Please report them to the GSPs directly following the pinned DayZ Standalone Server Hosting Rules and Reporting Guidelines.

That controls/movement will always be a clunky experience, ArmA/DayZ are the only games I've played where it feels like I have to wait for an animation to play every time I do an action.

Your server history and favorites are stored in the following file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<Steam User ID >\7\remote\serverbrowser_hist.vdf You can open this file in notepad+ and find your last server as they are sorted in order (afaik) where as the in-game history sorts by ping (currently)

Dwarden works for BIS so it's probably safe to assume.

Any Steam authentication issues / timeouts should be directed to Valve/Steam, it's an issue on their end. Out of the DayZ Teams hands.

There are 16 experimental servers now with Hicks bringing another 4 up soon if they aren't already up. BIS servers afaik.
