Here is a quote from Accolyte (Senior QA) who responded to someone else about the same issue the other day.

If it's this one, it's already been acknowledged and they are working on a fix. http://feedback.dayzgame.com/view.php?id=8372

This is a known issue. Unfortunately character reset requests are not possible however Accolyte (Senior QA) responded to another post on this issue the other day and offered a few solutions you can try until a fix is implemented.

If they don't deal with it, yes. I'm not sure of the exact process that happens when a server is reported but I expect they are warned first so just because the server is still up doesn't necessarily mean action has not been taken but if it continues there is a problem. For example, the last server I reported to Vilayer I got the following response and the abuse stopped. The one I reported before that (also Vilayer) I got a similar response, the abuse did not stop. I reported it again and got the following. -

I know they are as I've witnessed a number of servers being cancelled. In fact I got a PM from another member on here yesterday as his server was suspended for kicking. If a GSP is not taking action, save your replies and forward to the BI Support email alias with -evidence- of misconduct, and it can be addressed at a higher level. A Support Lead has also just been hired and part of his responsibility will be dealing with stuff like this. -
Closing this as it's not appropriate for the forums http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/153786-forum-rules-roles-and-guidelines/

Accelerated time- whats the deal so far?
SmashT replied to real meatshield's topic in General Discussion
It's in the server config, dunno what hosts have added support to it in their control panels or if they even need to as server owners may or may not have access to the cfg (I don't know). It's only available on regular servers. environmentTimeMul=24; This makes time move 24times faster thus one real hour is one game day, currently min and max is <0.1, 64> (default is of course 1, e.g. when no parameters is present). When the time is faster, it can be best visible on shadows of static objects... -
They cannot, report them.

Thanks, will give it a go. Mine was on adaptive (under global) by default.

If your weapon makes *noise* when zombies respawn they will respawn with knowledge of where the *location* of the shots occurred. If you use something that does not make noise (such as a melee weapon) then this will not happen. It's also a placeholder system only.

It includes new zombie animations they are testing (which are considerably faster). We will be engaging with the community to decide if these new animations result in the zombies being too fast.

As above, see existing thread.

Waiting for host / Session Lost / Lag and Desync since last patch
SmashT replied to icetneo's topic in Troubleshooting
No ETA. -
Essentially mouse acceleration changes the speed of your characters movement based on the speed that you move your mouse. So with negative mouse acceleration, when you move the mouse slowly the character turns fast but when you quickly move the mouse the character barely moves at all. Generally gamers want 1:1 movement so if you move the mouse between two points, it will always move/turn the character the same distance, regardless of the speed at which you moved the mouse.

A Global Ban is issued by a third party Anti-Cheat Software Engine. No one associated with DayZ can overturn a global ban nor can we appeal such a thing on your behalf. You must contact BattlEye Support if you think you're ban is a false positive. If you know that you have cheated, then stop reading and refrain from bothering BattlEye. They won't help in this case and all your excuses are long time known. http://battleye.com/support.html

Maybe you should wait until the game is released or at least in a more stable state (>beta), issues like this are expected during this phase of development and are going to continue to occur throughout the alpha development cycle. http://steamcommunity.com/app/221100/discussions/0/558750985614884700/ Constructive criticism is important however all I am seeing from your posts is constant trolling and insults intended to incite knee-jerk responses from other posters and flamewars. Please stop.
