    I believe it's only linked by your cdkey, all the data is stored on the hive, someone correct me if I'm wrong

    Stop using Sixupdater, its terrible, get DayZCommander. 1.7.2.5 is pre release so six updater will automatically overwrite it with 1.7.2.4

    1. Uninstall six launcher from your PC, it's garbage. 2. Download DayZCommander and click update. 3. If the update fails you can update the files manually by clicking the download button on the dayz homepage and choosing one of the mirrors. 4. Put the downloaded files in your dayz/addons directory. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\@DayZ\addons

    Both Arma 3 and DayZ will use the Real Virtuality engine, most of the problems we have with the dayz mod are because it's tied to ArmA, that was the main reason to go standalone, why would you want it to be a mod for ArmA 3 when it wouldn't solve those issues?

    If you get stuck on loading you can alt tab out, launch a new game on a server you dont have any issues on, click no so you have both games going simultaneously, then once you spawn, alt tab to the one stuck on loading screen and f4 it.

    Yes it exists in the game, not 100% sure on if it's the camo version though, however if it's taking up your backpack slot it's hacked in, we found a couple of saws the other day that did the same, along with 50 mountain dews and a gun that doesn't exist in dayz

    He talked about it in the last machinima interview and also in the reddit ask me anything, it's the top priority for standalone, unfortunately they can't do much do stop it in the mod
