Improving zombies and increasing their numbers may help, right now they are not significant at all, so if it wasn't for the PvP element, the game would be terribly boring.

Seems a lot more than any other game I have played, many of my friends girlfriends/wives it, probably don't want to have a bunch of creepy neckbeards stalking them though.

I think a lot of them are irrelevant in DayZ but anyway. HUD=1; //Shows you leaders location and your position in formation HUDPerm=1; // Shows HUD permanently HUDWp=1; // Shows Waypoints right after they're ordered to you HUDWpPerm=1; // Shows Waypoints permanently ClockIndicator=1; // Displays the clock indicator on the left of your screen when giving/receiving orders like "At 11 o'clock, eemy man at 200 meters"

If you are using sixlauncher, you are on 1.7.2.4, even if you think you have updated your files would be overwritten by sixlauncher. Uninstall SixLauncher, download DayZCommander, get the update, join servers running 1.7.2.5

I think you will find it's only a small minority of players that want PvP removed, I definitely do not want it removed and I am not a Bandit, the game would be super boring if that element was taken away, not like zombies are a challenge at all. -
Already planned for standalone at some point, it's probably the best way to prevent loot inflation. Will be some way a way though.

It's pretty hard to hide a whole bunch of vehciles, if you are too lazy to find them you don't deserve them, doesn't sound like a bug either, anyone can put map markers on the map for everyone to see, obviously someone found the stash and decided to let everyone in the server know. -
Then you are extremely unlucky, most servers restart every 24 hours at minimum
