I think both are listed in your profile.vars file, whether you can still be identified by your old one now that OA uses Steam, I don't know. C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\ArmA 2 Other Profiles\YOURPROFILENAME.vars

Art assets are completely different from functionality. Vehicles represent new functionality. Most weapons are dependent only on the Art team with some input/approval from design. Nothing to do with programmers.

Tried both Experimental/Stable and regular/Hardcore? I'd suggest opening a ticket at feedback.dayzgame.com so QA team can take a look at it if nobody has any other suggestions here. Be sure to include your Steam ID and in-game name, what you have tried already (verifying cache etc) as well as attaching a "tracert" report using an ip for a server that you can't connect to and note down the time that you tried to connect to the server. Well you aren't VAC banned so we can rule that out. Have you tried re-verifying your game cache? Check DayZ is allowed through firewall/AV etc? -

I don't think they can actually spawn them in, they just move one that is lying around within their network bubble to their player and then modify the ammo count in memory. -

It wasn't like this was unknown information, BattlEye has stated the same thing on their website for a couple of years now and really it should be common sense that you won't be banned because you happened upon an item that a cheater had previously modified. -

BattlEye would detect them writing to that memory address and modifying it or by detecting the hack itself with signature scans I assume. Devs job is to remove the possibility of it even happening by moving local magazine calculation server-side and then removing all the existing hacked ones, which is what they are doing but if you continue to find them then you should report it on the feedback tracker so the devs can determine why it was missed. http://www.reddit.com/r/dayz/comments/29lvof/i_thought_unlimited_ammo_was_fixed/cimgdxv?context=3 -
