Massive coincidence that there is also someone using the exact same username on a website selling hacks for DayZ. I hope those two days of hacking were worth whatever you paid for your ViP hacks + the cost of the game. Moron.

The loot isn't on the heli, it's scattered around on the ground around it and is often hard to see because of grass etc.

You will need to buy another copy of Operation Arrowhead, launch this new copy of Operation Arrowhead and it will replace your old cd key with the new one.

Most likely, you joined a server running a different version to you at some point in-between these two servers, because of this you got stuck on a loading screen and had to abort the game. When you are on the loading screen, the game puts you in debug forest, probably so you don't get killed by players/zombies while you are still loading. The hive now thinks you are still in debug forest so puts you back at a random spawn on the coast.

1. Uninstall SixLauncher/SixUpdater 2. Download DayZCommander, click versions and then update. 3. If step 2 fails, update manually. Download the files from one of the mirrors (http://dayzmod.com/?Download) and extract them to your dayz/addons folder, in my case: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\@DayZ\addons

It's a bug in 1.7.2.5, stop using tents since you know they are broken. -

Frankly I don't see the point, isn't this exactly the same as how it works now, but instead of draining blood it will drain a different stat with the end result being the same.

Crashed choppers are a better place to look.

Standalone is going to use a new/modified version of the current map, referred to as “Chernarus Plus” with more enterable buildings, more detail, and even entirely new areas. New maps are part of the plan for standalone in the future.

Yes they are, sorry but anyone telling you otherwise is kidding themselves or playing on empty servers, expect to be turned into a dog, chicken, seagull, sheep, cow, teleported into the ocean or to the moon, vehicles and guns that don't even exist in DayZ being spawned, chased by invisible/invincible players, parachuting cows and you and the rest of the server to be sent to thunderdome (a purpose built death match arena from mad max where you must fight to the death) that being said, it's still a load of fun, at least some of them are creative: http://i.imgur.com/I3G21.jpg -
You can play any role you want. Join Dr.Wastelands group. There is no way to avoid being shot though, it's the risk you take every time you come across another player.

I'm not a fan of it personally, while the scope is awesome, the gun is fairly average, I don't think it's worth sacrificing ten slots for the scope.

Is using a satchel charge a bannable offense?

It's a local server ban, either you duped/used scripts to spawn satchel charges or the admins are incompetent and misunderstood the logs.
