A hacker spawned it

I have no idea where that is but no it only spawns on Skalisty Island now, they used to spawn in multiple locations before they were removed, since it was put back in the game that's it's only spawn.

Have you actually updated using DayZCommander? What version does it say you are on?

Errr that's the only heli spawn point, it's there on every server unless someone has taken it already

You won't get banned for it. Serverd may restrict your ability to have a custom face.jpg or they might also restrict the size. so you run the risk of the server not letting you connect due to having a custom skin, and you also run the risk of having the server not letting you connect because your custom skin is too large. You can always go back to the original if you can't find servers aren't allowing it.

I would kick anyone using hacked gear, I know many admins ban for it, your at no risk of a global ban though

By the way op, police cars, black SUVs, as50 tws are hacked in too since you seem to think everything you find is legit

False, the only legit ones are camo and ghille, the soldier ones are hacked in

Camo clothing is legit Soldier clothing is not, they aren't the same thing either.

As soon as this is implemented the hacks will be updated to work around it, that's the nature of the game. -
Hot tip: There are also a number of vehcile spawns not on dayzdb etc, I've found two atv spawns and a tractor not on any map, much higher chance they haven't been taken :)

Simple solution is for servers to auto kick anyone who joins with a hacked weapon (ones that aren't in the game obv), if they get rid of it they can rejoin, don't know why more don't do this.

What does it mean if a server is down?

Seems pretty self explanatory to me... Yes it could go back up, it depends on the reason it went down, maybe the server is being upgraded, maybe they didn't pay their bill, maybe there is a fault with the server, maybe they just decided to stop hosting a dayz server. -

Vehicles reset each restart and tents don't save items on 1.7.2.5, most of the time. Did it just respawn on the island or did you actually move it somewhere and it's location has saved just damaged? -
I find them all the time, literally just go to NW airfield and run south looking in the fields each restart and you will probably find a few of them. I've seen five on one server at once. That map posted above is pretty lacking, here is a much better one.

About 30k, I hardly ever see it though as my debug stats show as 0 every time I play, only catch a glimpse of it every so often when I load in

You can't put tents/vehicles outside the map boundaries any more, they wipe on server restart. It's been that way for a while now, just to be clear the map boundary is the black line, where all grass, trees, shrubs stop, past that line are the debug plains I dont mind your ideas about a wall etc though, could add to the narrative, alternatively they could just have more ocean/beaches up that way

If the server is bugged (1.7.2.5) and all the vehicles on it are resetting each restart, yes.
