I think the game should add more stuff that requires interaction with other players tbh. -
It depends on the server, it only refers to the line number so could be anything. Line #106 on one server could be an entirely different line on a different server or not in their list at all.

You have likely just had your cd key stolen. Do not trust random programs from strangers regardless of what they tell you it is. -

Sounds like a firewall issue, make sure you allow ArmA through, if it's your router blocking the ports, you'll need to open UDP 2302-2305. -
Use MSI AfterBurner or Fraps.
