I'm hoping they ditch their Vilayer version and just use the already existing (arguably better) one like every other server rather then having two different versions floating around and causing confusion. -

The upvoting system allows him to see the most popular ideas out of thousands easily. Usually if there is something noteworthy it will be posted/linked on the forums, eg the reddit Q&A thread. He uses both.

I think PunkBuster tried it at some point, I remember something to do with HWID (Hardware ID) bans, don't think it was very successful either. -

Terrible idea, what happens to players who can only play an hour each night or on the weekend? They constantly log back in to find they are dead?
