That's a ban from the shared community banlist, (which hasn't been maintained/had new bans added/had ban appeals investigated) since August. Well you can make your choice, I only have my own experience to go on.

They don't need to script, private hives have database access which is why this is possible. If you are playing on a private hive and you think the admin is using the tools to have an advantage (spot players, vehicles insert weapons for themselves etc) then it's time to change servers. Private Hives pretty much saved the mod from what can only be described as a cheating epidemic, these same tools allow a good admin to catch players teleporting around the map or replace players gear after a hacker has struck. If you don't want to play on servers where admins have these tools, stay on the public hive. You need to decide, do you want to play on a server where the admins have the tools to effectively combat cheating but are also be open to abuse by that admin (private hive) or a server where the admins have little control over their server and as a result cheaters run rampant. (public hive)

Rocket has been trying to get away from "realism" and instead focusing on making it authentic, at least to the world of DayZ. As for your suggestion, I believe this is already the plan, some necessary HUD icons are likely to always exist though but they will be removed as much as possible.

Are you sure it's invisible and not just hidden under grass? Try turning your objects detail down to lowest under video settings so they are easier to spot.

Since you are the admin, remove the ban yourself? I think it's bans.txt and DayZAntiHax.txt as well as the offending scripts from the log files. (usually remoteexec.log)

Under settings in DayZCommander there is a box to tick that launches DayZ using steam, you might need to tick both boxes I can't remember.

You are responsible for your account, it doesn't matter if it was you, your brother or your dog that used it to cheat. Nobody can help you other then BattlEye and BattlEye will not lift your ban because your "brother" used your account to cheat.
