That was...unexpectedly unimpressive. Don't spam completely mediocre videos like this... and if you are? Don't post it on the bandit forums, because 90% of the people here do much better every day. It would be different if you tracked them across town, and ambushed them both in the grocery guns blazing...but you killed them while he was in your fucking backpack, and the other had his back to you. We don't know the back story to these people, it's likely you pussied yourself into this situation in the first place. I have nothing else to say...I'm sure others will say it for me.

When I first came to the forums I noticed with delight that the forums were segregated by play style, the bandits have the campfire, and the survivors have the headquarters. However, survivor HQ has quickly descended into a "looking to trade"/ "looking for group"/"join my clan"/ complain and moan forum wall. Bandit campfire is used a bit more as intended however, it's no use when all the survivors just go to the bandit campfire to complain, moan, care bear, and get trolled. We don't want you. If you don't like bandits, or disagree with aggressive pvp orientated play-styles then just keep your furry rainbow en-crested stomach in survivor HQ. That is all. Go about your day/night.

In real life if you gun down (or hatchet someone) to death, even if they were a bad person, it doesn't make you more sane, moral, or ethically sound. On the contrary, if you were a moral person who was forced to do such things by necessity for survival (or revenge), you'd slowly begin to slide towards a psychological breakdown, or a complete ethics overhaul. You wouldn't slowly begin to be more sane, and more humane by killing those you deemed inhumane. "Be careful when fighting monsters, lest you become one."

That was genuinely entertaining, name tags or not - remember, the opponents had them too. This was a great video showcasing some pretty ballsy and skillful gun play. My heart aches for you though...for how many alt-f4's you must have run into...(massive respect to those in this video that stayed in the game despite being repeatedly touched inappropriately by your bullets.). Day Z without zombies would be a slower clunkier version of a console FPS with a shit load of unnecessary aspects. If PVP is the only aspect then there's no reason to get vehicles, no reason to get great gear, no reason to carry around anything more than cooked meat, coke, and medical supplies. Everyone would just pick up a weapon and mindlessly kill each other. It would get old....very fast.

"Friendly servers" are a horrible idea...That would simply give all these "assholes" (Who's play-style is just as justified as yours, might I add...seeing as how a big aspect of the game is moral choices, and choosing your own path.) a place to go to calmly farm all the best loot spawns then go to a non-friendly server and murder until they die, then repeat. I question the appeal /challenge of a zombie MMO (in which the zombies are just short of retarded, might I add) What would be the purpose? You sit there for hours just tucked away in the woods...surviving? That sounds akin to watching paint dry. A bit aspect of this game is PVP, and it's all meant to be based in realism...zeds aside. The post-apocalypse would not be a friendly, trusting place where everyone works together, holds hands, and sings songs around the camp fire at night. It would be man against man in the fight for survival. In the words of Thomas Hobbes, life would be "solitary, nasty, brutish, and short.".

Exploit? What are you talking about? It's not an exploit, it's a feature of the game that provides for stealth tactics, which is what I used it for. It's not a glitch, or something that is currently broken. I was only in the water for half my kills, (they had someone in the water too), after they realized my position I changed to an anti-flanking position and sure enough they strolled up the coast attempting to get behind me. RIP. That dude talking about peace, and ruining the game is just a bad troll, not going to honor you with a quote. (Or just an absolute moron 12 year old). All I can say was? It was the most fun I've had playing this game to date, and I'd do it again, and we WILL be there to destroy all hope for civilization and "peace" in the post-apocalypse.

Hope to Day Z? AYFKM? Haha the fact that you think you were bringing "hope" to Day Z makes it all the more funnier, seeing as how we were attempting to spread chaos, and disarray. The bandit raid was absolutely beautiful...Dat Adrenaline. I piled up an 11 body count, and only took 2 shots, which were alleviated by a teammate with a blood bag. I had a cold from proning in the water and popping up to drop people on buildings during the first phase of the ambush, and I was still dropping people while my guy was having a seizure.

I know, but....fuck. I don't want to believe that there's just nothing they can do. Knowing that would probably be the last straw... I don't want to believe that all I have to look forward to for the next 2-3 months is getting teleported to the thunder dome, turned into a farm animal, blown up by nukes, artillery strikes, helicopters, assaulted by invisible enemies, teleported and killed, get teleported TO and killed, getting killed as soon as I spawn, and getting blown up by satchel charges, m136s rocket launchers, and god knows what else.

This is a game of survival, if you don't like being killed when you're unarmed? Don't be unarmed. If you want to kill someone who's unarmed? Do so. I'll kill you if I feel like it, I'm not a bandit, I'm just ruthless. So are many others. There's no code of ethics. Even many of the people who say "WHY DO U KILL UNARMED PPL?" or "I DON'T KILL UNARMED PPL, I'M A BANDIT WITH MORALS". Have, and probably still do kill unarmed players from time to time. I'm not the only one willing to admit to killing anyone I feel like killing at any given time. If I wanna kill someone why would I stop myself and say "no...no...I shouldn't." F*** that. My character right now is wearing a ghillie suit, an alice, and an enfield because I'm hunting snipers on dobryy and bringing the loot back to my assorted campsites. In addition: I'm a total bandit, I enjoy hunting other players, I enjoy the thrill...the adrenaline...the shakes...the anticipation...the anxiety. The first time I got into a firefight, killed an enemy player and looted his (much better) stuff, all these things were coursing through me...I knew a bandit's life was the life for me. I don't always adhere to the strict bandit code, of...killing only for loot. I'll kill you if I don't like your name, I'll kill you if you're at the wrong place at the wrong time, I'll kill you if you have a weapon, I'll kill you if I feel like killing you. So possibly sociopath would be a better title XD. I don't fear dying in this game, I don't care if I die, but I'm taking you with me. If I can't I'm sure going to try. I enjoy organized squad work, I joined my current clan because they advertised a military style efficiency and bloodlust...and it turned out to be 3-4 active (3-6 more inactive) teens with social stigmas. I'm not going to betray them in any way, and if you ask for their secrets I will not tell you. they did nothing wrong, I simply felt my time there had run it's course. Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both.
