They should make bandits have to eat certain food, Like Bandit Beanz, or have to kill animals to eat. and Heros should have like Heros Delight or something, would be cool.

Im not the best on a mouse and keyboard as Im a console player, this is the only game I can sort of play on mouse and keys, But what really pees me off is Im carefull like you, Im sat in a very bushy pine tree with my back to the stump, All my angles and front covered, then I get shot in the back as if they can see through trees and the tree stump. Are people dissabling trees and grass or something, theres no way in this world I could be seen. In camo clothing aswel .

yep, theyve ruined it, they an absolute joke now. Countless times ive been killed coz the zombies push me out of trees etc etc. and been shot because its almost impossible to shake them off. Back on my xbox I reckon.

Someone quit out on me today on Namalsk running the latest patch, I sniped a guy who was down on the coast at some barracks area, theres like 2 big towers there, I sniped him when he was lotting at the top with my M24, He rolled behind some green boxes, bandaged and then dissappeared, I know this because I could just say see his foot, and it vanished, and my friend who had another view of that tower a few minutes later told me there was no body up there. and I dont recall a combat logg message across the server. While he was bandaging I took another shot at him which missed, which would in turn as stated here it keeps it at 30 right, He dissappeared right after that last shot. and another thing, Taking off the debug is an absolute joke. We should be allowed the option to turn it on/off if the server rules allow it.

Yer fuck the game off completely, Its a fuckin complete mess with hackers. He aint stopping them now or the standalone. Ive not played for 2 weeks due to hackers, come on tonight, notice alot of servers are empty pretty much, so I finds the odd popular one, Every one I join some twat teleports to me and shoots me, then I respawn and same again on the beach, changed servers, same again. The game is getting deleted. Fuck Battle eye and fuck this game. I really carnt be arsed with them. Laterz.

Join the club, I quit a few days ago. My hands are up, The hackers have won. I have returned back to Battlefield 3 getting tuned back up for Armoured kill. Not only that, Ive only been PC gaming for a few months coming from a console, and I have to admit to myself that Im awfully shit on a mouse and keyboard, I never will be good and I never want to either, Id rather be sitting relaxed with a controller than sitting hunched over my PC desk fumbling for keys and overdoing my aiming on a mouse. Not enjoyable at all. But Ultimatly the hackers has killed it for me.

Group of British Hackers going by the clan name of Obey Obey Me Obey Squid Obey Allah and a few others We confronted them in the lobby when we realised who it was and they where saying it was their friends and they changed their name, Squid changed his name to Fraser and Obey Me to Patrick. Squid begged us not to report him as he wernt hacking but was blaming his friend/friends. Theyve been in that server for the past few days hacking away, teleporting to players and killing them and telling other players/friends exactly where other players are. Whoever is hosting this server needs to quickly check the log files ASAP

I screenshotted and got a guys name who was doing it last night, But will anything be done to him. I dont get what people get out of doing it, Like they must just sit there giggling to themselves like 10 year olds thinking how great they are. We got hacked all day yesterday in numerous servers. Its gotten too much for me theres just no point in playing, Like this guy I got the name of was killing newspawns in an 8 man room.

Just been in SESUK1, usually a very popular and good server, I been hacked in all my other favourites this week but this one wernt being hacked. There was a few of us in the room, So we worked out it was a guy called Twiz. He was teleporting to players and shooting them, so I baited it so my friend in the lobby could figure who it was. So I spawned as a new character. I see a ghillie guy spawn in front of me with his back to me, He had a thermal AS50, He turned around and started running at me. I backed out, It was indeed Twiz. They must be running a new script where they can just spawn on you. He just went round everyone and killed them. Why carnt they find his IP adress through the games he was in and ban his key.

nothing ever saves in my tents, or my friends. We pitch it, go loot loads of stuff and take it back, save it. Every single time we go back to it either after logging off or a server restart nothing is in the tent.

Dont worry about it, Just do what you want to do. About 75% of the people Ive shot at have aborted. Apart from the sniper kills where ive got a 1 shot kill. I think pretty much all my close quarter combat fights have either ended up me dying or them quiting out. So from my experience Id say almost everyone does it but dont admit it. They really need to implement some sort of mechanic where you have to maybee sit down for 10 seconds before you can back out. But then therd be an issue with people using task manager and so on. So its a tough one.

Well firstly you carnt loot a worn ghillie suit, Unless its in a package. So youve lost your ghillie. Secondly, yes its possible to loot your own body, but sometimes with me personally its quite hard to get the loot options to show up, seemingly making it not lootable, But I went away from my corpe and tried again and it was lootable, if this happens to you just try every different angle. try lying down and going into first person aswel. But if there is a server restart then your body will vanish and your screwed.

Me and a friend who are quite oldish gamers had this message last night, Only on one server but it was late so not had chance to test any others. Like I was saying we are mature gamers who have never hacked in our lives. I hate cheating and hate people who do it. We where just driving along at night lost somewhere, found a fuel station and we got kicked for script #40. It happened to everyone else in that server too. My friend is on now and has tried the said server and he said it kicked him again, but is in another server now and he not said anything yet, I be joining in a minute. If they are banning legit people who paid good money for the game then they gonna have some serious shit on their hands. I only bought Arma for Dayz as Im pretty new to pc gaming. If it screws me over I shall be removing the game, Put the £25 down to a loss and return back to my xbox.

Same as the OP, On FR #00 Me and a friend where driving along at night, Seen that battleeye failed to update thing, Then it came through as updated. Moments later both of us where kicked from the game for Script #40. We got back on after closing down the game, but a few minutes later it happened again. Im 34 year old and Ive never cheated or hacked a game in my life, People who do want stringing up by their nutsack, Like seriously. What Im thinking is, yesterday while gearing up at my tent, I heard a car start up right behind me, so I turned and looked, some guy was reversing and shuffling forwards in this blue van. So I thought thats a hacker so I backed out to lobby as it was a blue van id never seen before, and he appeared out of nowhere. I waited for my friend to reach my position and logged back in. I see the van was there and noticed he had ran our tents over along wit the tree it was in but had left the van. My friend said the van is legit. So anyways we left it. Came back on the server later last night and the van was still there and our tents where back somehow. So we decided to go pick a 3rd friend up at cherno, and drive around looting, The 3rd friend went to be, so we carried on, then we got lost. Stopped at a gas station and thats when we got the kick for script #40. Here is the screenies from finding the van till later that night

Yer the hackers are the only thing ruining my Dayz experience However I still carnt stop playing it, Ive been gaming since I was a kid, Im 34 now. Ive also just started PC gaming coming from consoles. When I first played Dayz I got an experience unlike any other, In 20+ years Ive never played a game like it, Its amazing, Terrifying, Ruthless and brutal, but in some weird way it has you on the edge of your seat, heart racing. Ive only been playing it a month, Ive had dreams about it, My xbox hasnt been touched since. I simply carnt get enough. After you learn how to play the game and what it takes to get what you need and survive for a while, and like myself and so many other players, If you get hacked, it will frustrate you and you will hate the game for 5 minutes. But youl be back. But its upto you really, do you want to play it enough right now, or can you wait 3-6 month for a standalone ? That is the question ;)

I was on a 9 day guy, had everything I needed. Tried a DE server last night because it had alot of players, as approaching cherno, I see smoke coming out the top or behind an office building. Then I see a ghillie guy appear on the top of one of the mining shaft towers, 800 metres away, so I sniped him. No kill come up but I got the murder. 5 minutes later me and my other 2 friends seen a message about the moon, knowing what was coming we tried to back out. I died but my friend figured out how to prevent your death. As setup is completed, Just keep letting yourself fall for so much, till you like tree height, Then back out, join again and backout immediatly, and keep doing it till your at the floor, He didnt even get a broken leg with this method. My guess now is that it was probs the ghillie guy I sniped that executed the script.

I have aan AS50 found at a Heli crash site, whenever we find a crash site with an AS50 there is always 2 of them plus an M107. But the other day we found 3 crashed Heli`s in the south east of the map near Polana, 1 had a Med box, 2xCamo Clothing and a Fal, 1 had an M107 and an NV fal and the other had a Bizon, Fal and some other stuff. No AS50. Its all just random just keep looking. Like for instance when I first started playing this game the first chopper I found had 2xNVG`s. Then from then on for weeks I never found a single NVG. You just gotta get lucky.

The good situation went terrible when you decided to play on a recruit server

Seen a Bandit in Polano last night as darkness was falling, I looked up at us with his thermal, I took the shot, missed. Then he dissappeared, Immediatly checked the player list and he was called FarFan, backed out to the lobby. I waited, He came back in and tried running across the fields away from us, It was almost dark so could barely see him, but I got him. It was indeed FarFan, My friends went down to loot his body and he did have a Thermal. Then my friend seen another guy ( His Friend ) sat near the dear hut up in the hills with another Thermal, He spotted us. Switched server and came behind and killed 2 of my friends. So just so you know, If you see a guy by this name in your server, if you dont like playing against cowards, you know where that vote to kick button is.

same, I used to be able to fix it with changing my texture quality setting while looking at the artifacts, but not after the patch, But my friend said look away from the graphic issues, Like turn your back to them, use the flush method ( Hold left or right shift and tap the minus sybol on your Num pad ) Then type flush, you should get a black screen and a message, then turn back to the artifacts and it works, I tried this and it works for me. I carnt say it works 100% of the time but the few times Ive had it this week its worked 100% for me. But you need to turn away when you do it. Hope it works for you. and yes I know they should of fixed it like they said, But what can you do :huh:
