I use 3rd person for long hikes through the woods but mostly for driving. Your vision while driving (especially backing up) in 1st person is horrible. Nametags, I hate. It takes away the ability to be stealthy. Might as well just sprint right to where you want to be. However, It would be cool if they worked inside like 5 meters just so you could see who you are talking too. Crosshairs, don't care. And I do love my waypoints. -

I ran into someone named Heather yesterday, literally. She was stalking my URAL with a Chopper and got a bit too close to the ground, so I rammed the URAL into her heli, killing her and severely wounding me. Otherwise, I haven't met any female DayZ players. -
I've recently been playing on a private hive with side chat enabled and 100 fully fixed vehicles. Since switching to that server, I have had a great time playing this game. It's great actually getting a chance to drive a vehicle without spending 5 hours searching for parts and also seeing other players have vehicles.

I can't reload my pistol until the mag is empty? I haven't played for a couple of months (MB died on my PC) so this is the first time I have played on 1.7.2.6.

No, I get the reload animation when I hit "R" but my ammo count stays the same. I have 5 full G17 mags and no matter how many times I reload it stays with the current mag unless the ammo count is at zero. My primary seems to be working normally.

Considering you can carry an engine block, main rotor assembly, and three bus tires in your back pack, I don't think a 30 pound rifle is too far of a stretch. -

Would anyone like to come and kill me? I'm stuck inside the wall in the apartment/school type building in Elektro. Someone used tents to form a barricade and when I tried to vault over them, I ended up stuck in the wall. I can see the market from the corner I'm in. . I really don't want to wait to die of hunger.

Well, it worked. I spawned on the coast. However, I ended up getting the "wilderness spawn". Guess it's still better than being stuck in the wall. Anyone feel like being a taxi?

Just played it for the first time. Seems cool but the entire server got wiped by a hacker. That was also my first time dying to a hacker.
