Here's a fun medic story I met up with BroknDremes last night, who had a brokn leg and was crawling along a road headed south into Elektro. I patched him up, but told him he had to accompany me into elektro so I could get some supplies. We hit up the grocery store first, and made our way into an apartment. We could hear the footsteps of another player, so we stopped using our mics and made our way through the building. We checked the second floor, and there was no one in sight. He was at the top of the staircase behind a wall, I was down the hallway. Just then, another survivor made it up the stairs, turned the corner, and was face to face with BroknDremes. Brokn is yelling "FRIENDLY, FRIENDLY! DONT SHOOT!" as I am locked onto the new dude with my AK. He types that his mic is broken, and I ask if he wants to help us get to the hospital. He says sure, goes down the stairs, and BAM BAM BAM! We hear his body hit the floor and the flies start swarming. There is a fourth person in the apartment. I can hear him eating food. I make my way down the staircase, hoping to get a jump on him, but he's waiting for me. I miss my AK fire and duck, but he gets me once in the head with his 1911. After that, he proceeds to take out BroknDremes. It was very intense. Luckily, me and Brokn were able to meet up later and raid the hospital in Cherno. Too bad I lost all my stuff... Fuckin bandit.

And it was awesome Brokndremes. Had a really intense moment in Elektro before we both got killed...

I recently stumbled upon a winchester, and as I was low on clips for my AKM, I picked up the shotgun as a backup weapon. Wow. That thing can pick off zombies in one shot from a pretty far distance. I know in real life its a rifle, so maybe that explains why the range is so great. Anyone else use this gun much?

I was treated by a few of these guys. We were able to coordinate a time to meet within a few hours of my medical application. Keep up the good work Brian.

I read a post about someone that got banned because the hacker gave him that skin, and when he died the admins found his body. He explained what happened and complained, but the admins ignored his request and posted the picture of his body, claiming he was the hacker. I dont know what I would do if I were you, but be careful cause you could very easily be mistaken for a hacker.

I do think they need to keep a track of how many people you've saved. Sometimes, people can acquire murders when not trying to kill people, so it would be nice if there was another tally of how nice we are.

Playing this game while watching a movie seems like a pretty easy way to die.

Wow, squeezit. That is fucking awesome. I've only been teleported once. I was gleefully riding through a field on a bike one second, next second I'm in Cherno, there's a survivor standing next to me, and someone starts shooting. I disconnected immediately. When I rejoined, I really hoped I would be reunited with my bike in the field, but no... was killed a few minutes later by a seemingly invisible player (I was able to do a 360 looking for the dude while taking fire.)

Big thanks to Ben (Tiberius helped coordinate) for coming to rescue me. I was down to 1500 blood, broken legs and shaking. I lay in front of a house south of the store in Zelenogorsk, it is pitch black, and I keep passing out from time to time. I hear a zombie approaching, and he sounded pretty close. Just then, a few silenced rounds drop the zombie, and all of a sudden I'm being patched up and dosed with morphine. He gave me some food and supplies, and then ran to the store for some more. I could here his rounds dropping zombies as he left, then silence. I lay there in the pitch black, trying to make out shapes around me. Every now and then, I would hear a zombie approaching. Sometimes I heard footsteps, was it Ben? Another zombie, closer than any others, and just when I'm thinking about running for the hills, a few silenced rounds hit the Z. "Is that you?" I ask. No answer. A few minutes later, a silhouette runs along the fence and up to me. He had brought me some more supplies from the store, and then parted ways from there. I never even saw his face.

That's awesome. Still haven't found a gun that good yet.

But... firefights happening over vehicles is awesome! I do agree that certain low level vehicles should have faster respawn times. It would be nice if bikes were a little easier to find. If the respawn points could be more randomized, it would keep people from server hopping to find a vehicle. More respawn points (tons more) but a lower percent chance of a vehicle actually spawning there, like with loot. If only a few points had a vehicle respawn every few days, it would be pointless to search all the spots looking for a vehicle on reset.

Poor me... I had tons of medical equipment and some decent guns, had just found a bicycle, and was going from village to village. Things were going so well as I cruised through a field until all of a sudden a hacker teleported me to Cherno. Heard shooting and there was a dude next to me, so I logged. When I came back in, I made my way to a tower, but was shot several times from close range with a pistol, though I did not see a shooter. I died. It was really discouraging.

The West is the best place to start. I go to the deerstands. Good way to get guns. Also, the Balota airfield is a good area to check.

Im in Zelenogorsk South of the grocery store with a broken leg and 4000 blood. Could use some help! If anybody is out there, I repeat... if anyone is listening... if anyone is alive out there at all...

The first time I played with a friend, we planned on meeting at the factory in Kamenka. Both of us were unarmed, just with our starting gear. I was coming in from the West, and I see another unarmed guy running straight towards me, followed by quite a few zombies. I start asking my friend over skype if that was him, and all of a sudden a british bloke starts yelling "RUN! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!" I book it to the south towards the factory, and by the time I make it to where my friend is, I have a huge trail of zombies on my tail. We ended up losing them, but zombies can be such a pain in the ass when you are unarmed, especially the lives where you can't seem to find a gun anywhere. Never found out what happened to that guy.

If any good old doctor is out there, I done something stupid and fell off a staircase. I am by Zelenogorsk, and need morphine and a transfusion. Thank you guys very much.

Hey, tried again today and was unbanned. When I was playing earlier, I was teleported to Cherno, heard shooting, and logged. Got back on a few minutes later and got killed by a pistol in a tower, and couldn't see anyone around at all while taking the first few shots. I think they must have just temporarily banned everyone they didn't know to get the hacker out, but maybe not. I have no idea. Where do you hang out in the server? I generally stick by the coast since I'm kinda noobish so far. Been looking for a friend to hunt with.

Hey, I went to play on my favorite server, and saw that I was banned for cheating/hacking. I'm a little confused... I just started playing this game a week ago, and first off haven't killed another player in days (and only killed 3 in total, decided being friendly made the game far more interesting) nor have I ever acquired a gun better than an AKM or a vehicle better than a bike. The only times I have ever logged out in the presence of other players was when I was riding my bike through a field, minding my own business, when I was suddenly teleported to Cherno (without my bike... sigh) and had a player next to me shooting (not at me... I don't think.) I don't think that is an invalid reason to log, as I was hoping when I joined I would be back in the field with my bike (was not, shot in face later) and not suddenly half way across the map in the middle of the most dangerous city. I also once lagged out and had to log while around another player, but he only had an axe and was friendly. I tried logging back in, but was unable to get a good connection. Besides those two incidences, I don't know how anything I have done could even be considered cheating. I really want an explanation to this, as this is a great server that really fits my time schedule. Thanks for any help.

Yeah, I've been reading all the bans. A lot of them seemed really illegitimate. Still, though, I didn't raid anyone's camp and I didn't really have any gear. I didn't kill an admin (or anyone else) nor did I log out to avoid being shot.

Had the same exact problem. I play on that server a lot and recognize your SN. I have no idea why I was banned...

Sounds like this is a common issue with admins.

As a third party, I must say that str8dumpin is a moron. If you have logs and supposedly submitted them for review, why not post them on here as well? You won't lift a fingure to display the proof here that would shut these "trolls" up, but you will life a finger to email these logs to someone else to review? I doubt you're doing that, cause you probably know the logs supporting your claims don't exist. Sorry to those of you who were banned. I will not play on this server.
