Hi there - I'm just here to add an official point of view for the medics - we are not here to get ourselves in trouble on a "No-CD-Key-Server" without even Teamspeak in the background. If you're only playing on those servers it's good for you, but you would never be able to join our ranks like that anyway. We have our rules we are operating on and if you don't stick to those you are not going to be healed. That's the way it works sadly. I'm out -

Make sure you have Overwatch enabled. If you go to the mainmenu and "Expansions" it has to be ticked to actually be able to play it.

I actually had to read that two or three times before I was able to figure out what was going on. But even if you're bleeding or passed out your friend wouldn't be able to help you when he's swimming as well, as you can't heal anyone, when you're in the water.
