It was fixed at one point, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. You will eventually be killed by all sorts of different things. Don't rightclick - ACTUALLY put it in your hand with the hotbar and then scrollwheel -> eat. :)

Try deleting your local files or verify your local files, as that error pops up when running an incorrect version.

Go to "Configure" -> "Controls" and turn the slider of "Smoothing" and "Aiming Deadzone" all the way to the left and see if that helps. :)

Did you actually hear it hitting the Z? It's a bit of a muffled noise as if you were punching a pillow.

As the Headbob was said already (to be found in "Gameplay"): You need to find a can opener - it's fairly rare. You don't nap - it basically means you're either thirsty or hungry - or both.

Either right-click and double-tap shift. Try all 4 different ways. double-tap shift --> then rightclick --> then double-tap shift --> then rightclick again. :)

The fireaxe works best for me and is 1 hit kill on Zomberinos. :)

Bad News: Map shrinked considerably; can make it from town to town in less than a couple minutes.

It's good that you have that knowledge. Will get you where you want to go much quicker. I don't believe, as I have played enough myself and can confirm: still takes ages to get to places. -
Doesn't really make a difference if you buy it now or later. However - if you wait too long the price will go up eventually.

Have you been trying indoors? It barely works indoors as you will hit the ceiling. It's also a bit off to the left. Try looking a bit to the right.

Make sure you update to the latest version the server is running. In your case that will either be 1.0.3 or 1.0.3.1. :)

Take off your shirt by dropping it on the ground. Then look at it and you will get the option to "Tear into rags". Those will end up in your inventory. Drag them on your hotbar and then select them to use them using your mousewheel. Ninja'd. :(
