No, it's the server itself, not your ping. Been happening quite a bit lately and also down to the fact that there's currently no ping-limit to the server. Try a different server, that seems to be helping.

It's pretty much like that already. Bigger towns means more Zombies, more players and more danger. -
Get your facts straight. There's a actually a lot of work been going into the mod, it even has a rudimentary antihack built in. Read before posting. And in your case: think before posting.

Works fine for me, but like you said - it's the update. Alpha! It's been way more expensive in the beginning of the Mod and people still hosted servers for the Mod. It's just down to a point where everyone can host a server for the mod and they give you ultimate power, which doesn't necessarily make it better at all. Hell no!

It's good enough to expand the existing ones.

It's just way too easy to manipulate and the problem is that many people abuse it and thus everyone thinks any administrator of a Mod-Server is abusing it, because of the people that comes with. I am happy with the system and that we are hosting servers we can't do anything with. Gives me the time and ability to actually play the game.
