Probably just a setHit / setDamage command a bit messed up, considering the moaning is just a normal ARMA-thing when you're being hit. I don't think it actually has a place in DayZ, just wasn't taken out yet.

The thing about the Zombies is that the problems you're talking about aren't an easy fix. The reason they're phasing through walls is because they're nonexistent for them. Now - if you want to change that you would have to remap all buildings in Chernarus. Think about the sheer amount of buildings on the map and how much you would have to change to make it work? It is being worked on, I believe. It's just roughly a work for about six months to have it finished. -

For a long time a deaf girl was part of the community I am with and she lots of friends in DayZ and even staff / Admin at the time. Even with disabilities it is quite possible to play the game, you just need to know what you're into. :)

Really given it thought, haven't you? -
What GafMast said represents pretty much what I was thinking. It's worth checking out. It's not a shame to admit ones FPS is low on Standalone. Mine is and I have a good gaming PC. It's simply not optimised yet and hardly anything you can do about it. (Other than upgrading endlessly and making sure you have Intel-components, as the engine hates AMD.)

No. It's simply against the rules what you're doing on here. Nothing we can do if you open a Website and charge people for giving them what they think they need to play the game. As you said: each to their own. But at the same time this is a forum where people are allowed to have their oppinions and my oppinion is that this doesn't have a place in this game, which is why some people are against it and talk against it, if they want to. -
How many oilfilters like that do you think are in a post-soviet state? I would have a hard time finding a few myself and if it's in the game already it should be required to repair a vehicle. That would require you to chose between a surpressed gun and a car. Hmmm.

You have been smart enough to not say anything in those regards, yet tagged your topic with "Powerleveling", which is being paid for. What services are you expecting in return? That's the only thing that makes DayZ. Searching for gear and lose it eventually. And what you're offering most likely involves a private server with a kickrule for anyone that's not you so you're actually able to collect everything that's needed. -

What's his FPS roughly? You also start rubberbanding when the game can't follow what you're doing because you've got low FPS.

Oh, klesh has a new Avatar. While clicking on the Beans-button I realised you were one of the Ghostbusters and had to look closer, because I didn't recognise the Avatar. :D But like klesh said. If I jump on, I am on the experimental build to test out what could possibly come in the future.

The thing is that I personally have that as well and it happens to me all the time, not as bad admittedly. But I always put it aside as one of the RV-engine problems. -

There is a setting in your options to change the volume of your microphone-output. Have you tried changing that?

Have you tried altering your graphicssettings at all? For example the Anti-Aliasing and Edge Smoothing? -

Go to your system control panel and then search for "Sound", you could alternatively press the windowskey and search for it. Anyway, you would have to make sure you have selected the correct microphone as a recording device, as that is what the games picks up. The difference to Teamspeak is, that with Teamspeak you just select your microphone manually anyway.
