There's a patch rolling out as we speak. There is also Server-Maintenance at the moment. So you will have to give it a bit more time and close the game for now, as it needs to be updated through Steam.

That might apply for other games, but ARMA 2 / ARMA 3 and DayZ: SA are proven to be running smoother with an SSD.

No, you are bound to Steam and there is no way around that I am afraid. -
You need to do a few things to add performance to SSD's, as (if you're running Win7) it's not mainly tailored for the use of SSD's. I don't have the articles here I used when I installed mine, but there were a few things I did to get that extra bit of performance of what was possible just by tweaking the systemsettings. (disable searchindex, defragment and so forth) It's worht searching for a few tweaks. :)

That is more than likely the antihack being used on the server. If you're sure it's not your end / that you don't have scripts installed, try different servers. You can also try contacting the Admins of the server, as they will be able to tell you what it is.

Why post this thread in the first place if you don't want feedback? Just to advertise your TS? I don't know if we want on here - aside the fact that noone's going to go through the effort of joining your server if you're putting it like this.

That's the price of trying to test things on a large scale. Folk were just spoiled by the extremely good last experimental patch. That's why it's experimental. Expect that to change / be fixed soon.

Is this really just a rant-thread? Why exactly? Why not stick to the other threads? What's exactly flawed? The itemdamage is currently bugged, expect that to change. It will be realistic at some point, though. If you shoot things, they break. Not really punishment nor catering carebears.

You obviously have to download the changes from Stable to Exp, as you switched to Stable, like you stated. From the last Exp to the new Exp it's like I posted above. -

Steam usually takes a while to update it. It's currently updating for me. If it's not updating for you, restart your Steam.

I am not saying I like it, but I do know it's currently being worked on and thanks to the accelerated time I usually just go lie down for a while in the woods because I know it's pitchblack anyway and noone sees me and go browse the web.
